Artist with family of historic preservation and reuse professionals living and working in Bristol, RI. Son has masters degree in historic preservation. Son-in-law an award-winning Interior Architect. Husband is hands on carpenter and manager (retired from international VP of sales position after 42 years). This house was completely renovated and updated in 2021. All new interior finishes.
Why they chose this property
Stress just drops away as soon as you arrive here. The distant views of lake and mountains, the comfort, the privacy, the distance away from other properties, and great large indoor and outdoor family space. My husband's family visited Newfound Lake every year since 1950. The tradition continues through the fourth generation. We were the first in the family to own a property on Newfound Lake.

The setting. The views -breathtaking. The light. Tastefully re-designed interior, beautiful gardens. Almost everyone who visits loves this house and returns year after year. Some renters have been coming for over 10 years.
