Nicholette is a wonderful host. The unit was in an excellent location and absolutely spotlessly clean. The king bed was the most comfortable bed we ever stayed in, in all of our many travels. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable to sit on. The shower had plenty of hot water with good pressure! The kitchen and bath were filled with every necessary item you could want. We ate at two local authentic French restaurants, Cafe Panisse & Cafe Bonjour. Excellent french food and atmosphere. Highly recommend. One could actually walk to these cafes, about 20 minutes. We will be staying here again if we find ourselves in this section of Miami on our next travels.

This 1-bedroom unit was clean and conveniently located in South Miami. The washer and dryer are shared with the other unit, but that wasn't a problem. We enjoyed our stay!

I stayed here over alumni weekend and really enjoyed the space. The home is great for a small group—with room for 3–4 people—and the bathroom, while small, was totally functional for my stay. The location is a huge plus: super close to UM and near plenty of South Miami shops and eateries.Nicolette was an awesome and responsive host. I did have to call her when the back door lock/code wasn’t working, but she handled it quickly. The only real challenge was finding the place at night—there aren’t any exterior lights until the motion sensor kicks in, which didn’t pick up from the street, so it took a minute to pinpoint the entrance.Would I stay here again? You bet! Overall, a great spot with just a couple of small quirks worth knowing.
