Musty smell and worn out furniture, beddings and towels

The location is really nice with walking distance to everything. Beach service provided by the hotel also makes our vacation very convenient. Valet parking is also included in the rental fee, which is nice too. However, we were extremely disappointed about the condition of this unit: there was persistent musty smell for the entire unit no matter how much we vented the unit, even after we requested the owner to change the nasty air filter and throw away nasty and smelly rugs during the middle of our stay. Furnitures, mattress, beddings and towels were so worn out, and different from the listing. There was no support from the mattress anymore and our back hurt everyday sleeping on the main bed. The headboard was full of scratch and aging yellow color on top of the original white color. There were 5 old bath towels with 4 different colors/styles. Comfortor also had stains and scratch. Chips were on almost every piece of furniture. We were not sure when was the last time the owner actually checked on this unit. This unit is definitely not high-end, not matching the price we paid, and very different from the online listing.

This condo is well decorated, clean and inviting with wonderful views of the ocean. Iris was very responsive and helpful with questions. There was a few issues with the access card not working and the staff working to remedy the concern, but all else was near perfect.

Thanks for your positive review 🙏 In concern to the access cards provided to guests. It’s important for guests to know that the access card not including access to the 4th floor amenities. Guests should provide a 5 days notice to register their names and dates they want to gain access to the 4 floor amenities. Additional payment required for that type of registration.

The condo looked just like the listing! Great location on the beach and great service by the pool! The view from the balcony was very impressive and the communication was great with both the host and the property manager!

We were thrilled with our choice to stay in this Miami cool studio. Beautiful clean space with views that did not disappoint. Comfy beds with good linens, lovely kitchen & bath. Grounds were a treat and staff & service were top notch. Easy hops to restaurants and shopping. Parking is a huge bonus. Thank you Iris!

We had a really good experience renting this condo. Yair is easy to deal with and was very responsive. He helped me find a rental company for baby gear. His on site manager, Jennifer, is also very nice and easy to deal with. The doorman would not give me the keys to the unit when we arrived and Jennifer came within ten minutes to sort it out. The condo is exactly as pictured- nice views, good furnishings, comfortable. I had been to the hotel once when it was Canyon Ranch. I was a little nervous about the change in management. Everything seemed the same, though, maybe service was actually a little better. I wouldn't say, though, that the service overall at the hotel is that great. Some of the people that work there are wonderful, but others are just ok. One other issue is that i left my kindle on the table at the restaurant and it was gone when I returned. Important to remember that it's a hotel in a city and there are a lot of people going in and out. So don't leave valuables unattended and expect them to still be there. One other thing to mention is that I was really pleasantly surprised by the owner and the hotel's kid friendliness. There were a lot of kids there and it was a really easy place with a toddler. Eating outside where our son could run around and explore was really nice. It was also really easy to get him and his wagon of beach stuff on and off the beach with the easy ramp. The Family Rental company was also great for renting a crib, toys, beach wagon, high chair, etc.
