Dine on a tropical patio Paradise with wine and romance or star gaze in a hammock for two. Even rainy days are a treat as the sounds of Mother Nature on a metal roof soothe the spirit. Serenity!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip beds of sheets & matching pillowcases. Leave spreads & matching shams on beds as those are done separately. Put sheets along w/dirty towels in laundry basket kept in hall closet.
Pull laundry basket of dirty linens to dining room & leave there for easy pickup. Do not wash laundry yourself. Clean gas stove top with Windex provided if used.
Leave things tidy as you found the place when you walked in the door. If you opened any windows be sure they are closed & locked. Lock all doors top & bottom locks on the way out & exit out front door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No Smoking of any kind, No Vaping, No E-Cigatettes, No Chew Products with or without Nicotine, No Rogue.
Quiet time from 10:00 pm-10:00 am. No loud music or neighborhood disturbances. NO parking in front of neighbors homes! Park in driveway provided!
Put sanitary napkins, wet wipes, q-tips in trash can. Do not flush as they clog toilets.

The Best Equipped Location

Ms. Curtis was an excellent communicator. Detailed information and quick responses on everything we asked before arriving. When we got there, not only was it exactly as presented, it was the most well stocked and thoughtfully provisioned location we have ever stayed. It is a very comfortable VRBO spot and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe.

We had an amazing stay at Lauren's VRBO!!! The house was exactly as pictured & Lauren literally thought of everything to make our stay wonderful! Beautiful amenities, comfortable furnishings, quiet neighborhood, easy access and so many places to shop and est nearby. Girla Trip

This was a girl's trip for a few of us who went to school together. The property is located conveniently to downtown, yet a restful, quiet retreat with beautiful yard with firepit and a hammock, grill for cooking or enjoy the screened porch. Spacious area inside and multtiple tvs. Hang out together ir relax on your own. Host was communicative and welcoming to the home. Made us feel special, and appreciated. Highly recommend!

Perfect Retreat Close to Down Town Nashville

Lauren is a host that goes above & beyond for her guests!! We were lucky enough to meet her upon arrival. Very knowledgeable and made us all feel welcome & at home ((In her home)) Location was Perfect. My son & daughter in law drove in from Fort Campbell Kentucky (an hour or so drive) and My friend flew in from FL. Airport is super close. (15 mins) We all fit comfortably, played some games at night that were onsite. 20 or so minutes from the Nashville lights. Definitely recommend and will stay here EVERY time we visit TN. Thank You again!

Perfect stay!

The property is in a quiet little neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city night life. Lauren was an exceptional host, very easy to get in touch with, just a text away! She offered tips on where to go and what to see. Property was stocked with what you needed. She left a bottle of wine and some popcorn on the counter. There were eggs and bagels in the refrigerator....coffee and tea and coffee cream there as well! Oh, and the beds are so comfy!! They are sleep numbers (added bonus)! We think we have found our new house when we travel to Nashville! Thank you Lauren for being a great host!!

Nicest Host Ever

Lauren is the nicest and friendliest and most generous host ever. She was more than happy to communicate with us and help us and give us flexible check-in and check-out. She left a bottle of wine for us. Her house has a great layout and is in a nice neighborhood in a nice area. We loved her screened in back porch and the hammock and bird feeders in the back yard. It is not well with my soul to give her less than a five star rating since I liked her so very much but, I am a clean freak. Furthermore, I have only given one five star review ever and I use VRBO a lot. Five star should be perfection - right? For me, I just couldn’t give the cleanliness a high rating. I informed Lauren about one of the issues and she said she’d get on it. I also think there is too much stuff on the counter and table tops and in refrigerator (four ketchups, three mustards, so much that there is no room in the refrigerator door for any of our stuff). Too much stuff on the beds (decorative pillows and fancy pillow shams and dry-clean-only-type bedspreads that probably never get washed). I think Lauren is trying to make her place look nice and provide extras for her guests which is super sweet. Overall I’d love to stay again but in all honesty cleanliness gets two-three stars. Like I said I am a clean freak and I suffer from must and mold induced headaches so not everyone will be as picky as me. Overall, Lauren is a wonderful host and I am a fan of her house. Needs a good deep clean throughout, a clutter reduction, and a refrigerator purge and then five stars.

I love the culture and Heritage of my native City, but have made myself right at home in Nashville as a singer/songwriter and love the culture here as well especially since the huge growth of Nashville in the past 5 years. Nashville is my home away from home, just as I hope my home here makes you feel like you are in your home away from home. I am a very creative person, gifted with a knack for design and color of which I love to incorporate into my home and business. I am a trendy, hip middle aged gal who loves playing guitar, singing, performing, and just creating in general. I am passionate about wildlife and nature, and love living near the lakes where I spend much of my time on the water.

If you are looking for a very homey place that you can feel comfortable in like your own home that's in a quiet rooted neighborhood but still centrally located to all that Nashville has to offer. .. look no further. Most guests love the big fenced in back yard with flower garden and a bird sanctuary where they can enjoy nature from a screened in patio relaxing over morning coffee. It's in the suburbs of Nashville, 20 mins from the honky tonks downtown and 12 mins from the Airport. So you get the best of both worlds.

Its enjoyable watching the birds in nature over morning coffee or having dinner and a glass of wine on the screened in patio. A hammock for two for relaxing and star gazing.
