Welcome to the Vía condominium, managed by Peninsula Properties. With 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, your master suite features a king bed, while the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, both with private bathrooms, and two terraces: one with a view of Fifth Avenue and another overlooking the pool.

This condominium features wireless internet and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room offers television and a pool view.



This condominium has a long swimming pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and showers. It also features a common gym, 24-hour security, and a hotel-like lobby to provide greater privacy and security at the entrance.
