Located on the heights of Agosta beach, this semi-detached villa of 140 m2 will delight you with its magnificent view of the Ajaccio Golf course and the comfort of its amenities. High-end bedding, quality furniture, WiFi. All rooms are air conditioned. It is 4 minutes by car from the beach and all amenities: restaurants, minimarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office etc ...

Description of the villa:
 Ground floor: Living room with large panoramic terrace, fully equipped kitchen (nespresso). A suite with king size 180 bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Separate toilet
Garden level: 3 bedrooms with direct pool access:
- A suite with shower room and dressing room.
- A bedroom with a 160 bed.
- A bedroom with 2 beds including a drawer with 3 rd sleeping.
-A large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub
-Technical room with washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment
- Baby bed and high chair
-TV in all rooms
-Separate WC

Accessibility:
 the house is intended for people with reduced mobility. vehicle access to the front door.

Various:
-The price of 300 euros for cleaning includes the supply of sheets and towels
-A supplement of 100 euros will be provided for the heating of the swimming pool (April, May, June, September, October. The swimming pool is closed from November to March.
-The pool is protected by an alarm. We have at your disposal a removable complete protection system with secure door. please ask for it when booking.
-For reasons of household organization, departure is scheduled for 10 a.m. and arrival at 4 p.m.
Luggage can be dropped off at 10 a.m.

The area is very quiet. The house is located on the edge of scrub and forest. no traffic nuisance. We ask you to avoid making noise in the pool after 8 p.m.
