The 2 bay windows offer a clear view of the surrounding countryside and are a real light bath (4m long / 2m), facing south with direct access to the large terrace of 20 meters / 3.5 meters;

The terrace overlooks our organic vineyard and hosts two SPAS of five people each.

These 2 spas are entirely for you!

You can enjoy this natural bath at any time in summer and winter (on request)

To fully satisfy you,
the swimming pool of 9 m / 4m is accessible to you in common
with the owners in summer.

the environment is in organic polyculture (olive trees, vines, vegetable patch, fruit trees)
The Rieu Berlou, a small stream, crosses the bottom of the property below.

Two bedrooms each have a private bathroom and separate WC.
The other two large bedrooms have a bathroom with accessibility for people with reduced mobility of 5.50m2 and indoor toilet and a separate toilet.

The charming village of Berlou is ideally located between sea and mountain with a mild and sunny climate in the heart of Occitania for a charming stay.

It is above all a winegrower village and we can welcome you, Frédéric and myself (Nathalie) so that you can taste and discover all the good things around us: the beautiful vintages of our winegrowers, and the food and wine associations of Le Faitout restaurant located in the village 100 m away

But also outdoor sports: mountain biking, Via Ferrata, rafting, canoeing, pétanque, tennis, hiking ...
You can discover magnificent landscapes in the Haut Languedoc Regional Park on foot, by mountain bike, by motorbike, by car or even on horseback!
We can also accommodate riders because we ourselves have horses (inquire directly)

possibility of cooking lessons in autumn winter season,

The visit to Nadine's saffron or the very interesting explanations of Francis at his recognized museum of paleontology, will allow you to soak up the atmosphere of Berlou, the land where the schist wines of St Chiniannais of high quality are produced.

Cathare fortress and history lovers will appreciate the city of Carcassonne
The most urban will go shopping in Beziers (polygon or alleys) or in Narbonne or even in Montpellier!
Spain is not far: 2H 30.
The mountains with the Pyrenees are also at 2:30 am

We can also welcome you outside the summer period in a guest house or in a smaller gite for four to six people if you wish.
