Divisible lounge with 2 single beds (80x190) and a double bed (140x190), a TV, and a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The shower and toilets are separate. West exposure with view on slope. 3rd floor. Non-smoking apartment / Pets forbidden.

Additional services to pay and to book in advance: Bed linen, Towels, Final cleaning end of stay, Baby cot and baby chair.

THE RESIDENCE : The Candide residence is located in the middle of the Laitelet area, on the resort's heights. It is by the piste and nearby the shops. Easy access to Mottaret's center with the Chalets cable car or the free buses (Meribus). Underground car park nearby. The residence is equipped with elevator and ski lockers.

THE AREA : This is the commonly named Hameau area of Mottaret, ideal for skiers. All residences get a very easy access to the piste. You will find all necessary services : mini market, sport shops, restaurants, bars, etc. You will be able to get to resort center using a free cable car: the Chalets.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- Bathroom linen / Pack : 11 €.
- Rental of DOUBLE bed sheets (duvet) : 32 €.
- Rental of SINGLE bed sheets (duvet) : 20 €.
- Bath Mats : 4.2 €.

Die Wohnung war teilweise renoviert...neues Bad, neuer Boden. Aber sehr alte Einrichtung...Betten, uralte Vorhänge. In der ganzen Wohnung fehlen Haken um Gegenstände aufzuhängen. Holzfenster und Balkon total verwittert... machte depressiven Eindruck. Der Skischrank funktionierte mehrere tage nicht. Die Stühle waren völlig unbequem. Was wir immer wieder feststellen: Es fehlen immer wieder die einfachsten Dinge: keine Spülbürste, kein Spülmittel auch nicht für die Spülmaschine, kein einziges Blatt Klopapier. In Anbetracht des hohen Mietpreises finde ich dies nicht angebracht. Es gibt andere Beispiele. die Appartements der Fa. Hörmann. Dort ist die Bettwäsche, Spülmittel etc. enthalten. Wir fahren seit 1986 in dieses Skigebiet und lieben es, aber manche Wohnungen entsprechen nicht mehr dem Standard, bzw. sind zu teuer. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Karl-Josef Hilt
