There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a family retreat or a secluded getaway. The main house offers a screened in porch, large deck and patio overlooking the river, and ample space to lounge. In addition to the main house, the guest apartment is complete one bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchenette. From tennis and volleyball courts (all on the grounds) to lounging and grilling for the adults to games and swimming for kids, this house is ideal vacation home.
The home is within 30 minutes of New Braunfels, Seguin, and Gruene, and one hour from Austin and San Antonio.

Renters need to be 35 or older. No dogs are permitted.

The pictures on the website do not do this property justice. Large gorgeous property. Spacious. The home is just as beautiful. Plenty of space. This was a great find.
