6 Bedroom 3 Bathroom two story brick home with 12 total beds on an acre along the beautiful Guadalupe River. Located near downtown Seguin, minutes to shopping, a 15 minute drive to New Braunfels and only a 35 minute drive to downtown San Antonio to the Alamo & Riverwalk.

Flat screen TVs in every room. Wireless Internet. A large patio outside for backyard bar-b-q's Note: The picture of the swimming pool is at a public park a mile away, however there is great swimming at the river at this property. The river is at the edge of the fenced backyard, with a dock for easy boating, swimming, or fishing.

Great house on the water

We went with several families for vacation and we had plenty of space. The outdoor area was fabulous and had so many things for the kids to do. I only wish there was a little more hot water for the shower!

Great space with plenty of perks

The house was well stocked with toiletries and cool wear/spices and the location is hard to beat with the water being right in the backyard. Fantastic outdoor areas for grilling, volleyball, fire pit. Having the kayaks and tubes on site was clutch.
