The apartment is ideally located 10 minutes from the beaches and marina, it is bright, comfortable and suitable for 4 people. It has a large furnished terrace (18m²) with sea view and view of gardens and swimming pools.



The apartment is very modern and fully equipped. It is composed as follows:

a bedroom with 2 single beds (with built-in wardrobe), living room with coffee tables and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, hot and cold air conditioning, flat-screen television, free Wifi.



The Duquesa Suites Golf and Gardens complex is located between the charming La Duquesa Marina and La Duquesa Golf (18 holes) in San Luis de Sabinillas, a picturesque Andalusian village, 30 minutes from Marbella.



The residence is perfectly maintained, green, calm and secure (access by remote control and 24/24 security guard).

Magnificent lush gardens with a natural pond. Sunbeds are available in the flowered gardens and near the 3 swimming pools.



For children, there is a secure playground and a children's pool (supervised by a lifeguard).

Common barbecues available with garden tables and parasols.

2 padel courts, petanque and ping-pong.



Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes walk away.

La Duquesa marina is 5 minutes walk away.

Sandy beaches are 10 minutes walk away.



The residence is located 10 minutes from Estepona, 30 minutes from Marbella, 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 50 minutes from Málaga, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Ronda, 1h15 from Jerez. 1h30 from Cadiz and 2h30 from Seville and Granada.

Cozy apartment on the hill with sea view

I really liked the apartment. The big terrace, big pool, the sea is not far from the apartment. The apartment was equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. Every morning there was a bad smell in the bathroom. The terrace was not cleaned up before my arrival.
