Brilliant apartment
The apartment was in a brilliant position with a lovely outlook. It was clean and comfortable. The staff at Zap Holidays were very helpful, especially on our arrival when we were given incorrect information regarding the address of the apartment but at least we were able to contact Zap holidays at 11pm. We had a few issues but Zap holidays worked quickly to sort these out to our satisfaction. We can highly recommend this apartment.
A welcome pack should be included in the apartment with instructions regarding TV, Air con, appliances etc plus a map of the local area, including places to visit etc. On departure we stripped the bed and piled up the used towels in the bathroom but weren't sure of the departure rules with there being no details anywhere.
