This completely refurbished first floor apartment with large balcony for enjoying the afternoon and evening sun while overlooking the Alborran Hills and view of the sea. Close to major towns for sightseeing and shopping as well as championship golf courses for the odd round or two! We have owned this property since 2005 and it was purchased for our own use as we love the area so much. We manage to get out to the apartment 2 or 3 times a year but apart from that the apartment is unused which is why we decided to let during available weeks. We have recently replaced the bedroom beds and there is a new sofa bed in the lounge.
