"La Maison", heart of the village, 50 meters from the sea

Typical Etretat fisherman’s house, in the center of the village, out of sight and away from the noise of the village, it has a private, unfenced courtyard with a barbecue. The house does not have private parking.
Ground floor: living room (TV) and fitted kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher), bathroom (washer-dryer).
At your disposal, an iron and an ironing board.

The staircase leading upstairs is steep and narrow. There is no security barrier. Pay particular attention to young children.

Upstairs: a master bedroom with a wardrobe and a small bedroom with two bunk beds and a chest of drawers. The bedrooms are separated by a landing room which is a second living room (the TV only works for DVDs, children's books in the furniture) with a BZ bench seat for two additional beds.

For families with young children, you will find at your disposal: changing mat, baby bath, a potty and a toilet reducer, a stroller, a cot, a chair booster.

There is also a charcoal barbecue outside. Please clean it when you leave if you have used it.

Towels are included in the rental price (for 4 people maximum). Bed linen is included for bookings of one week or more. For shorter stays, you can rent them (€ 18 for the double bed, € 10 for a small bed).

We have entrusted the house to a trusted concierge, who will welcome you (late arrivals possible thanks to a secure box) and also take care of the cleaning which is included in the rental price.

Arrivals are usually between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure at 10 a.m.


A grocery store is at your disposal (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, paper towel, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, toilet paper ...). We renew it when we come, but ask you to kindly renew it, even at a minimum what you will exhaust, let's have a thought for those who will come next!
