Fully renovated apartment for 4 people of 30 m2, located in Mimizan Plage. Supervised beach, covered market, pedestrian street, bar, shops and entertainment 50 m away:
- living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140 * 190), TV DVD player, table and chairs, bar counter.
- kitchen open to the living room, equipped with 2-burner hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, filter coffee maker and dolce gusto, toaster, kettle.
- a sleeping area separated by curtains with a double bed 140 * 190 and storage drawers.
- a bathroom with shower, basin on furniture, wc and washing machine.
- 6.5 m2 terrace with a small view of the ocean,
- parking space in front of the residence.

Très bel appartement très propre proche de toutes commodités

Très joli petit appartement entièrement rénové ! Très agréable. Vue partielle sur la mer toute proche . Les magasins restaurants commerces sont à deux pas ! Pas besoin de voiture .

Zwei Wochen Urlaub

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit.
