The property is dated but very clean with everything you need. You have to go through a bedroom to get to the second which wasn’t ideal. That said the complex is really good, lovely pool area and the property is well situated for restaurants, bars, bus stop

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Parking can be a little hit and miss but you will always find somewhere. Quiet neighbourhood and good pool area.

We had a lovely week at this apartment. It has such a good sun kissed balcony. Pool bar was a nice extra for snacks, meals and drinks. Check in process is a little awkward with getting a fob from somewhere else first but it's not far away and instructions are clear. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Tenerife.

Great week away. Property very clean and well equipped. The complex is also very well maintained. No problem getting round the pool. Just beware there's a few steps to negotiate so you might struggle if not that mobile.

Great position views brilliant. Apartment well stocked with items. Check in/out a bit awkward, but Claude sent positive maps, which realy helped. 415 TITSA bus to & from airport (option) 1.45 euro. We loved our time there & will book again

Excellent area for R & R.

Enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year. There is everything you require in the apartment. We found that the apartment would benefit from new towels and a protective cover for the comfortable bed. (There are a few stains on the mattress.). This we rectified by putting on two bottom sheets, easy fix. As a rental property you can appreciate that things don’t last forever but this did not detract us from having a great holiday. Having your own washing machine is a bonus.

NIce apartment in South Tenerife

We, family of 4, had a really great time in this nice apartment. Yes, some updates could be done, but in general everything we needed was there and given the price it was more than ok and would go back immediately! Getting the keys: using google maps + the instructions given, all went very smoothly. Location: close to airport, restaurants nearby, nice beach views, nice beach walks. Not ideally to go swimming nearby but enough beaches where this can be done. Great clean pool. Very good location to do visits in Tenerife (car required). 15 minutes from Play de las americas. In general: would recommend and would go back when going to Tenerife immediately! Thanks.

This is a top floor apartment with the spacious balcony that gets the sun from midday till sunset. When I was there in October the pool was heated, with plenty of sun loungers (no life guard). Being 10 minutes from the airport you do get plane noise, but you soon get used to it, and play spot their logos. It is well-equipped with aircon in the bedroom, WiFi with satellite TV, a full sized fridge,selection of pans and crockery , washing machine, powerful hair drier etc. To Access the property, you collect the gate key from Pinehurst (about 5- 6 minutes’ walk) this can be returned earlier than your departure as there is also a gate fob on the apartment keys and a button to open gate on your departure

Agréable séjour.. appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire ( four, plaque électrique, micro ondes, grille pain, cafetière, machine à laver, combiné frigo congélateur ).. les 2 chambres sont en enfilade avec la climatisation donc très agréable au mois d'août.. il y a une petite terrasse vers la chambre du fond et une plus grande avec un store côté salon..L'appartement est plutôt bien situé et la résidence très calme.. il y a plusieurs épicerie à proximité en sortant de la résidence entre 5 et 10mn à pied.. il n'y a pas de parking il faut donc se garer dans les rues autour de la résidence..Étant à 15mn de l'aéroport les avions passent régulièrement à côté de l'appartement pour atterrir ce qui engendre un peu de bruit sans être assourdissant..

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter l'île. Il s'agit d'une résidence familiale agréable. Depuis la terrasse, on entend toutefois un peu la musique de la piscine de l'hôtel voisin et beaucoup les avions mais on s'y habitue.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en fijne communicatie met de eigenaar. We hadden even problemen met de airco, dit werd snel verholpen en nu hangt er een gloednieuwe airco. Daarnaast erg schoon, de baby kon bij aankomst gelijk over de vloer kruipen. Fijn zwembad, altijd genoeg bedjes en niet chlorig. Aanrader en zeker met kids!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der große Apartment Komplex ist etwas verwirrend. Wir hatten Probleme, vom Pool zur Wohnung im Block 12 zurück zu finden. Es war wie ein Labyrinth.

Schönes Apartment mit großer Terrasse. Anlage sehr schön und ruhig, am Pool gab es immer eine Liege. Apartment liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was morgens und abends teilweise im 5 Minuten Takt für uns sehr störend war.

Top week achter de rug. Eerste keer op Tenerife en we komen zeker nog eens terug. Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van restaurants, winkels en de zee.
