Fun weekend

Just as advertised. We had one problem with a slow shower drain but was very quick to get it fixed. We had a great stay.

Nice stay close to old town scottsdale

Pretty basic, comfortable place, it has what you need for a several day/week stay. We were able to make a full dinner with the pans provided and it was close to a large grocery store. We couldn’t get living room TV to work but we just used the bedroom tv which had roku. I would say the top things about it would be: the bed which was AMAZING, so comfortable and soft, the location as it was minutes from old town Scottsdale/downtown Scottsdale & having the pool. I do wish there had been some sort of sheet with how things work, where things are, etc so we didn’t have to keep messaging the owner but as long as he doesn’t mind all the questions! We also had a bit of a fruit fly issue while there which we realized was due to dirty dishes with food on them being left in the dishwasher unwashed from the previous stay. Overall though, nice experience!

Simple but basic

The property itself is just fine... plan on bringing extra of everything- paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. We even had to refill the propane tank out back. The house was poorly equipped considering we were there five full days with five people. It could use some serious deep cleaning, as well as fixing up (toilet doesn’t flush well, etc). Owner is great to deal with and responds quickly.

Spring Break Get away

It was a great location for our first time to Scottsdale. Place fit our needs. We were out most of the day. I didn't cook this trip so I can't rate what was in the kitchen. Will revisit again if we travel to Scottsdale again. Sadly the pool heater was broken at the pool closest to the condo. It was mighty chilly!!

Great location and comfortable condo

The condo is as pictured and located just over a mile from Old Town Scottsdale. It backs up to a public golf course with very close bike trails and the complex had a nice pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the nice sized outdoor patio with comfortable furniture. The king size bed was comfortable and the kitchen has what you need to make meals. We appreciated the coffee/filters, seasonings and also some extra food from previous guests. The large screen TV was great, but we had trouble accessing apps to get some channels we wanted though we were able to get them on the bedroom TVs. That was our only complaint. The condo has tile floors throughout so bring some socks/slippers in winter to keep your feet warm. Jacob was very responsive when contacted and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

Great place! Close to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. The rear patio borders the 9th hole fairway of Continental Golf Course. Very cool how we were able to walk from this unit to the clubhouse for a round of golf. Clean, comfortable and cozy, would definitely stay here again.
