Newly Renovated UNIT 2B1: Crisp and clean, this beautiful one-bedroom unit oozes a sleek nautical design and spacious floor plan!

Decked out with exquisite furnishings, this condo makes an ideal oceanside home away from home. Clever touches throughout, including the impressive master bedroom. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Ground-floor location means you're just a stone's throw away from both the pool and the beach. A seafarer's dream!

City of Sanibel License: RDWL-011283

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our vacation at this rental. It had the perfect amount of space for the two of us, it was right by the pool and the beach, and was nice and quiet. The staff was super friendly also.

My daughter and I came to Sanibel for a quick girls trip and Oceans reach was absolutely perfect for us! This room especially, so convenient. We were able to walk in and out from the pool all day long and have access to the beach, which was so close. We found so many amazing seashells and couldn’t have had a better stay.

Rick and his assistant Derrick worked with the problem, along with employees of Direct TV. After nearly one and one half weeks, they finally found a way to correct the problem.

I know there was vast devastation after the hurricane but it seems the prices have gone up since our last visit..We appreciated the upgrades they have made in the units. It did not disappoint although, I wish the fridge was a little bigger in our unit not alot of space for a family of 4.

LOVED IT!!!

This was a wonderful vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! What a beautiful sight! We looked out to the ocean past the pool from the living room and fell in love. The kitchenette was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the space was perfect! Thank you for a memorable stay- we will alsolutely return.

Very nice unit and location

The unit and location were lovely. Being right on the beach was a huge plus. Only downsides: we would have liked to have had more than three teaspoons in the unit, and the unit had a slightly odd odor that never completely disappeared (not terrible but still...)
