Newly Renovated UNIT 2X4: By clever use of its layout, this top-floor one-bedroom unit definitely seems more spacious than it should!

For example, the owners have shrewdly included not only a dinette, but bar stools and patio seating, as well, to allow for a number of flexible dining options. Elegant cream colors are highlighted throughout, especially in the sleek new kitchen and bath. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. King bed in master bedroom. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Fourth-floor location overlooks the pool and all the sights and sounds of our hypnotically-relaxing beach!
