Bedding, fridge, stove and towels were clean. The location was good.
It was old and run down. Carpets were stained and so was the couch/futon. I wouldn’t stay there again.
The picture on the web makes this place very appealing but this property needs a major upgrade. This property needs a better manager if not changed already. Check-in: 1- No gate key in key box. 2- called the operator and someone came an hour later and only to give us someone else gate key. Room: 1- smells smells. 2- sounds of air conditioning is terribly loud. 3- Floor by the kitchen is wildly bobbly. 4- bed sheets are very dirty even the backups. Parking: only one allocated for this room but not respected and your spot can be taken and you may be forced to park on undesignated spot or on the street at your own risk. I reserve this place for 1 week but given all this discrepancies we only stayed there for 3 hours demanded a a full refund. The host refused and only gave partial refund.

Good location, average spot
Much more run-down compared to online photos, and really wouldn’t sleep more than three people. To be frank, even three feels cramped; there are only two chairs, two beach towels, etc. Good location in Waikiki, though: if that’s mainly what you’re after then this will work, just don’t expect much more from it though than a place to crash.
The unit was the perfect size for my husband & me for 4 nights. The location is what made me book this rental. Not in the thick of the Waikiki scene, close to lovely Kapiolani Park and a nice walk to the Diamond Head lookout.
Our accomodations here was great! Will definitely stay here again (if available). The location was perfect making it easy to access out of the constantly busy Waikiki, but the beach and other activities within walking distance. The room was fully equipped with all the conveniences and very spacious and the parking was extremely reasonable and within the building.
The communication was amazing, the contactless check in was seamless, and the room was perfect for our need. The couch bed was even comfier than I anticipated. It’s a great location by a bunch of places to eat and food trucks in the alleyway. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this island!

Spent the week with my daughter and her 2 friends , there to Celebrate her 21st and get her settled at U of H. So nice to have a nice SAFE place to " call home". Would definately book again.
Cant wait to go back. I will stay here again. Close to everything. Manager was very helpful and responsive. The single only thing i would request is cream and sugar with my coffee.
Nice property very close to beach and buses. We used the trolley and pick up/drop off locations within walking distance.
Lots of restaurants in the area.
Used parking for a couple days.
Small issue with room code at check in that was resolved fairly quickly.

Overall would reccommend a stay here. The location is close to the beach (1 block) and the craziness of waikiki. Pretty much in all the action. The 2 cabanas we stayed in had all the amenities for eating and preparing meals. The cabanas had a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness, and the cleaning staff could oay a little more attention to details. Due to staying in 2 difffernt cabanas there was some issues with with obtaining access to
The property was as advertised. The location was great, the apartment had everything we needed, loved the secure (and assigned) parking spot, and check-in was a breeze. As others have said, probably the only draw back was the futon in the living room., it's super uncomfortable. Replace the futon and there'd be no complaints. But even with the futon we'd choose this place again.
The area was perfect. Close to everything.
The outside stairs were gross. The outside lights were very bright and shined into the room. I had to use a sleep mask. Better blinds or blackout curtains would be awesome.

Great Location
It was a great location to the beach, bus, food, etc. Clean, great for secured parking, and no contact entry.
However, no mention in detail that it has no elevator this is a big deal for people that have bad knees. It is not quite rooster crows at 4 am, garbage trucks 5 am and next to a busy street.
The Futon was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. This apartment as advertised for four people would be uncomfortable. The bathroom is only accessible by the bedroom. The futon is hard and uncomfortable to sit on can’t imagine sleeping on it. The outside table and kitchen table have only 2 chairs.
