Colorado trip with grandkids

Great location with plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the game room. The garbage disposal wasn't working when we arrived but Linda was very responsive and took care of it the next day.

Fantastic House! Something for everyone!

This stay was amazing. The house was large and spacious, it fit my group of 7 adults very well! Heated floors downstairs were fantastic for the brisk (snowy) May weekend we were there. Great balcony and view! Overall just a great place to stay! Easy walk into town too!

Great for Families

With a playground park just a block away it was easy to amuse our 3-year-old and 15 month old. They also enjoyed the under stairs space room and the Carousel of Happiness a short walk away. Adults enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, ping pong table, and movie room.

Great location to Eldora skiing.

Great home to stay in. Felt right at home. Split kvele home let kids go down stairs to play basketball and ping pong while we cooked supper upstairs! Be bery careful on driveway, ice covered and slick. Once in house we all loved it! Will try to book next year.

Very nice and spacious house. Great kitchen and dining area. The basement is an absolute kid's dream, very fun. Walk to anywhere, great location. Would stay again!

This house was perfect!

I loved how close the house was to restaurants and the park. The house was stocked so well with games for all ages and the kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable as well. I would rent this place again!

Great house for family getaway!

The house is exactly as advertised, with a ton of activities for kids. We stayed here with my 3 5 7 year olds, as well as my parents, for a quick family vacation, and it was ideal for our needs. Super clean, tons of things to keep the kids occupied, and walking distance to everything in the little downtown area. Highly recommend!

My son got married at Brainard Lake on Sept. 30,2023 and we wanted some where close to the venue and this was a perfect location close to everything in Nederland. The house was amazing and loaded with entertainment for everyone. We truly enjoyed our visit and stay at this location. Highly recommend for those with families and little ones.

This home is walking distance to all the quirky and fun things to experience in the town of Nederland! Just 5-10 minutes walk to the grocery store, local restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, night life and more! Our favorite places in town are Eldora Ski Resort during winter season, Salto Coffee for the best coffee in town, Cross Cut Pizza for the best pizza in Colorado, the Carousel of Happiness for the kids to enjoy, and The Gem and Crystal shop right across the street from Cross Cut Pizza! So many fun things in a quaint little mountain town.
