Designer apartment, renovated, very well equipped to welcome you in optimal conditions on the Alpe d'Huez
You will appreciate my accommodation for its calm, its magnificent view of the mountains, its very pleasant balcony (south exposure)
A new 80 cm flat screen TV and an xbox 360 console with several games and dvd, free WIFI
Free parking next to the residence

Housing

The apartment has been renovated and refurbished
Very bright it consists of:
- Entrance with two bunk beds and a piece of furniture to store your belongings
This sleeping corner is isolated from the rest of the apartment by a door, which completely separates it from the rest of the apartment.
- A bathroom with bath, sink and heated towel rail
- A separate toilet
- A main room with an equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, dolce gusto coffee maker, raclette machine ...
In the living room you will find: a quality sofa bed that is very easy to set up, an 80 cm flat screen TV, an Xbox 360 console with several games, several DVDs as well as a few board games for bad weather.
An internet box allowing you to take advantage of wifi
- A large balcony equipped with 2 deckchairs allowing you to fully enjoy the view.

Travelers access

You will have access to all the rooms and all the storage as if you were at home. As well as the private ski locker.

Exchanges with travelers

I live on Alpe d'Huez during the winter, I will be available if you need information or anything else.

The district

The accommodation is located in the old alpe district
You have a free shuttle stop that goes around the station in front of the residence
To go skiing you can take this shuttle and or stop at paganon instead take the tcsp or the track (3 minutes).
Or you can walk and join the blue televisions trail at turn 1

Other remarks

The cleaning must be done by travelers before their departure (vacuum cleaner, garbage can and fridge empty, bathroom cleaned ...).
If you do not wish to do so, the supplement will be 40 €.

Household linen is not provided (sheets, towels).
Travelers must bring them.
Rental possible for 15 € per person.

You will also have some necessary products such as sugar, oil, salt and pepper on site.
Home maintenance products are also available to simplify your life.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (only possible on the balcony, outside).

Appartement avec vue splendide sur les montagnes

Petit logement cosy et propre avec en plus un balcon avec vue directe sur les montagnes. Au calme, en bas de la station. Nous avons passé un excellent we de l'ascension en famille. La propriétaire était très gentille et réactive pour répondre à nos questions.

What a fantastic view, great apartment very helpful owner

Great apartment, just what we needed for a weeks skiing at UK half-term. Amazing south facing balcony, with sun all day, I imagine - we were skiing but we saw fantastic sun rises and sun set sky each day. Nice to have the wifi and TV, also has games console. Loved the induction hob and coffee maker. Parking easy, ski locker. Short walk to the bus stop to get you to the main lift stations in Alpe d'Huez, and not too much of a walk into town in the evening. Or ski from and back to by the bus stop with a little bit of easy off piste. Thank You
