Ocean View Condo with Pool, Steps to Beach!

Newly renovated, beach block condo with ocean views from the balcony!

This 2nd floor condo has 2 beds in the bedroom, a Queen and a Full. There is a Full Futon sofa in the living room. WiFi and Smart TV provided. Kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Small stacking washer/dryer unit in kitchen closet. Unit also has a few beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler for guest use. Just bring your bed linen and towels for beach/pool and bathing.

Easy, convenient and relaxing! Elevator building with pool, just steps from the beach, restaurants, night life, amusements and more. Located on north end of Ocean City, close to DE line for tax free shopping. Don’t miss Sundaes in the Park with live music & fireworks every Sunday from 7-9pm at Northside City Park & Recreation Center just a few blocks away. One reserved Parking Space with ample free street parking surrounding the building.

Our condo is in a great location - much less crowded beach than other areas in OC. Relax and enjoy!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The location is perfect to go to the beach or walk to restaurants. Checkout the park across the street too. Great communication with response to any questions I had. Would highly recommend staying here.

This condo is in a great location with lots of places within walking distance to check out. It was very clean & well equipped. Phyllis was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, location was great! Pool was clean. The owners were wonderful to deal with, prompt with responding. I would definitely stay there again. Only thing I really didn’t like was the couch, not very comfortable No lighting above the dining room table There was light and it was sufficient just odd.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location

We were all happy with our stay at Top Royal North. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the weekend, and there are plenty of dining options in walking distance. The blocks around the 120s and higher skew a bit quieter, but the beach is right there and Northside Park is just lovely. Definitely would stay again.

Accurate description and perfect location

The description was 100% accurate and it was only steps from the beach which with two little kids was perfect. It was quiet, well kept and clean. The host is proactive and responsive . Perfect spot for a small family.

It was very comfortable, close to the beach and suited my needs. Only problem was somebody was parked in the designated space when i arrived and there was no way to reach property management on the weekend for assistance. Small issue.
