Our stay was as wonderful this year as last. Second trip is in the books and we hope to return next year. The houses and pool are very clean and welcoming. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Shopping and the beach are within walking distance, but the golf cart is the way to go! Thank you for another opportunity to vacation at your beautiful place!

The property was as advertised.Checkin and out went very smoothly and communication with host and property manager was timely.The home was well cleaned.Kitchen was furnished with anything you would need for cooking.We opted to include the golf cart and we had a great time running around in it.The pool was an added plus for hanging out after dinner in the evening.I would not hesitate to stay here again.DH

Very convenient to the beach, and what beautiful beaches there are! The golf cart was very convenient to run to the beach, and Publix grocery store. The house is huge and nicely decorated. Two adults stayed in the casita while the rest were in the main house. The swimming pool was used every day, several times a day.

Our family stay was amazing. Jill is the best! Her communication was amazing. She answered every question and responses with amazing speed. The house was super neat and clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids. It was so close to all the beaches . There was plenty of room for all our family. I would highly recommend this house to all family’s. Thanks to Jill for a great time in her house.

What a great place to stay! We had our family there for a get together. The space was fun and inviting and the rooms were large and comfortable. Having a pool was amazing as the grandkids loved it and the location of the house was superb. Walk to the beach, yet out of the main town Destin rat race! The added golf cart was a lifesaver getting everyone to the ice cream shop!Communication from Jill and everyone was timely and effective. Do yourself a favor and book this place - you won’t regret it!

We had a great week at this home. It was very clean and well maintained. The backyard was very private and perfect for relaxing after time at the beach. We loved the golf cart as an added feature. Made getting to the beach so easy We did have issues with the internet but the host was very receptive and had someone out to look at it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The host was very responsive and provided a lot of extra details for our stay. The living room area was perfect for our group and the poolside area was comfy and welcoming. This house was beyond our expectations for a VRBO. We have stayed in plenty of homes/condos in the past and none were this well maintained, this clean, this stocked and this comfortable. The beds were very comfortable for everyone in our group and the furniture was sturdy and in excellent condition (we didn't sink when we sat on the furniture!). Beyond all of those compliments, the level of communication I received between the Owner and the Property Mgr. was very prompt and professional. This carries a tremendous amount of weight for me personally as I'm in the hospitality industry and recognize how important this is to the customer. And if that's not enough, we encountered the sudden and unfortunate mandatory evacuation orders of Hurricane Isaias which cut our annual family vacation short by 2 1/2 days. We were beyond sad and scrambling to get packed and out by the cut-off time. The owner and property mgr were genuinely concerned and immediately issued a refund for the lost days, no questions asked! It was a big way to help take away some of the disappointment we had for having to leave early. These are the very things that scream professionalism and customer service and it's something that's not very common in our times. We will not hesitate to book this property in the future. Thank you!

Our family loved staying at this beautiful property! Jill is incredibly responsive to questions and went the extra mile to ensure everything about our stay was awesome. The home is only a block away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the heated pool was great for the kids. We would definitely recommend this property, and we plan to come back!!
