Place everything that was advertised and more. Rooms were nice, whole house is actually a lot bigger than the listing portrays and it’s a great place. Communication was top notch and overall the whole process was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back up in the area!

Property was great for dogs with fenced in back yard. The rooms and house were very clean and accommodating. The host was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions. Location was close to where we were hunting and the town had everything from food to Walmart very close by. Enjoyed the stay and the home. Would book again for sure.

The house was so clean! Everyone had their own bed. The backyard and patio were dreamy! We got to bring our dog which doesn’t always get to happen. They had delicious coffee pods for us. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Hutch!

Enjoyed our four night stay. Very comfortable home for us as we visited family in the area. Used the back covered patio quite a bit for morning coffee and one night during a thunderstorm. Quiet neighborhood with parks and river walking trails near by. Very good communication with our host. Would stay here again when we return to Hutchinson.
