Ein älteres Haus im baskischen Bauernhausstil mit sehr großem Grundstück. Natürlich ist manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen und manches würde auch eine Erneuerung erfordern, aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Nachteil: Nur eine Toilette, das ist bereits mit 5 Personen manchmal etwas schwierig, mit der Maximalzahl von 8 Personen wahrscheinlich nicht so schön. Sehr gut war die Sauberkeit, als wir ankamen und sowohl der Kontakt vor Ort als auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin per Email war sehr nett und zuverlässig. Der Ort selbst ist sehr vom Camping-Tourismus geprägt, das prägt sowohl die Gastronomie als auch die Atmosphäre. Für den täglichen Bedarf ist alles in Fußnähe erhältlich. Das nahegelegene Capbreton/Hossegor lädt aber ein, nett Essen zu gehen oder in der Markthalle frischen Fisch oder frisches Gemüse zu kaufen. Direkt entlang des Strands führt ein Fußweg nach Capbreton, auf dem man toll joggen kann. Wir sind manchmal die 8 km zum Strand Océanides in Capbreton gelaufen, und dort ins Wasser gesprungen. Also, wir können das Haus und den Ort empfehlen. Wenn man mehr Ruhe möchte, ist es aber wegen der Nähe der Campingplätze nicht so geeignet.

Location Labenne océan

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette Maison avec terrain à 10 petites minutes de la plage ce qui est très appréciable ! Nous étions 9. Les environs sont sympas et commerces à 2 pas ! La maison est spacieuse avec cependant un bémol sur la qualité des lits de la chambre à 3 lits ( d’un âge bien avancé …) pour le prix de la location une meilleure literie serait appréciable ainsi qu’un éclairage à l’extérieur derrière pour des soirées prolongées . Si le temps est au beau fixe logement pour 9 idéal mais si pluvieux alors manque d’équipement pour assise pour tout monde . En conclusion logement idéalement placé mais pourrait être un peu rajeunit !

Madame, Nous avons pris note de vos commentaires concernant la chambre aux 3 lits. Nous avons déjà envisagé de changer cette literie pour le confort de tous. En ce qui concerne la lumière extérieure, il semble que vous n'ayez pas trouvé (sans doute pas visibles pour vous) les 2 lampes mobiles qui se trouvaient dans la pièce extérieure (laverie), nous en sommes désolés et seront plus vigilants à l'avenir. Dans notre salon, malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas rajouter de fauteuils mais il y a toujours la possibilité de prendre les 2 fauteuils blancs qui se trouvent dans l'entrée de la maison. Les séjours dans le sud-ouest sont toujours plus plaisants lorsque le temps est au beau fixe. Cordialement Françoise Stevens

Vacances Labenne

Maison conforme à ce que nous attendions, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (électroménager, vaisselle, ustensiles, jeux de société), et plus encore, ce qui était très agréable. Le jardin était immense et nous a permis de faire beaucoup d'activités extérieures. La maison était très bien placée : à 10 min à pied d'une très belle plage, et à moins de 5 min à pied de tous commerces et restaurants. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les belles villes et villages du coin : Capbreton, Hossegor, Espelette, Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz, ... De plus, la propriétaire Mme Stevens était charmante. Séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons très volontiers.
