Located 450m from the beach, Rochelongue area, villa of 150 m2 new architect of south-facing full foot, with private pool, quiet at the bottom of a dead end. It consists of 4 bedrooms, including a master suite, kitchen with central island, 2 showers, bath, laundry and a garage with bicycles available. 1000m2 of garden with relaxation area in the shade of trees. Covered terrace. Beach volleyball field.

The outdoor facilities will be finalized in early March.

Villa Cap d'Agde

The property is exceptionally well equipped. The property is a 15 minute walk from the beach and to a good range of Shops and Restaurants. My family all had a wonderful couple of weeks and we would highly recommend it.

Nice villa in quiet street. Good lay-out: compact but place enough for 6 adults and 4 children. Just a few things to improve : outside shower and toilet would help especially with children.

Gemütliche und schöne Familienferien in Top Villa

Sehr schöne Villa mit allem was man braucht. Grosse Pool mit Heizung, was die Nutzung in den Herbst angenehm macht. Viel Platz um das Haus mit der Möglichkeit für Aktivitäten. Die beiden SUP haben wir oft genutzt (Ahnhänger für Transport an den Strand vorhanden).

Schönes und funktionales Haus

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat zwei separate Toiletten (nicht im Bad integriert), was sehr praktisch ist. In der einen Toilette hat es allerdings kein Waschbecken - war nicht tragisch, lediglich ein wenig unpraktisch. Garten und Umgebung des Hauses könnten zudem etwas besser in Stand gehalten werden. Sauberkeit des Hauses an und für sich war ansonsten aber top!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos geklappt, Maria ist super freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr schick und der Garten lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das SUB und die Fahrräder haben wir viel genutzt.

Das Haus ist super und ruhig gelegen. Der Strand konnte auch mit Kinder gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. Das Haus und die Küche sind mit allem notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Eine Nesspresso Kaffemaschine war vorhanden, sowie auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank für Getränke. Es hatte genügend Stauraum um alle Vorräte. Der Garten mit seine Bäumen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool und der gedeckte Sitzplatz sind perfekt. Der Kontakt mit Laurent war sehr unkompliziert.

Empfehlenswert

Schönes Haus und besonders gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Feedback zu Kleinigkeiten (z.B. kaputter Staubsauger, stumpfe Messer,...) hat er positiv aufgenommen und kümmert sich darum. War schon oft in Cap d’Agde, dieses Haus ist den Preis wert, auch der beheizte Pool ist nicht häufig zu bekommen.
