Private Oasis in town w/Private Pool (optional), Hot Tub, BBQ & Fire Pit!!
This is our primary residence, so we take great care and pride in how it looks and feels. Kitchen & refrigerator is stocked with condiments, spices & appliances that you're welcome to use!
Backyard is fenced. We have a heated in-ground salt water swimming pool that is not included with the rental, but available upon request & pre-approval for additional cost per night. It has a locked safety cover that completely seals off the pool from access. Kiddos cannot fall or get in. Fully sealed around the perimeter & key operated for peace of mind when traveling with small children.
70" smart TV in living room with DVD player. TV in Master Bedroom. Additional TV on main floor without cable available to connect gaming consoles.
Fully outfitted gourmet kitchen with gas burners. Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. We also have a Vita-mix blender which is great for smoothies or poolside drinks!
Our desire is to make you feel as welcome as possible and use our home as if it's yours.

Why they chose this property
Light & Bright modern home with plenty of space & large yard in SE Bend! Completely updated 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Large open great room w/gas fireplace and stacked stone surround. Kitchen features granite counter tops, eating bar and stainless steel appliances. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, full bath with a master suite. Updated master bath w/double sinks, granite counter tops, radiant floor heat, ship lap wall and full tile shower .64 acre lot features a in-ground salt water pool, hot tub, garden space, and lots of elbow room!
What makes this property unique
Privacy within minutes from Old Mill, Costco, Fred Myer. Room to breathe. No through traffic. The fireplace! (50 inch remote controlled natural gas with LED ambiance lighting). No HOA, but pride of ownership throughout neighborhood is apparent. The POOL! The Hot Tub! 30-40 minutes to Mt. Bachelor.
