Charming house with swimming pool in the heart of La Rochelle
Very good location for this contemporary house, located in a very quiet area of La Rochelle, at the end of a small dead end, not overlooked. Passionate about decoration, we wanted to make our house warm in a designer atmosphere. It is a through house, which allows you to quietly enjoy the garden on one side, or lounge by the pool on the other side, as you wish. The large living room of 45m2 is very bright thanks to its bay windows that crosses it. The kitchen opens onto the terrace and the garden. You will appreciate the small independent bungalow of 25m2, with bathroom and WC. Shops are nearby.

très bon séjour !!
nous avons passé un très bon bon séjour dans cette propriété , située à 2 pas du centre ville de la Rochelle ; Emplacement au calme , piscine agréable , très bien équipée . Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires . Le petit studio indépendant dans le jardin est un vrai plus!!
A recommander sans hésiter !

Un séjour parfait
nous avons passé, avec mon mari et notre fille de deux ans, un excellent séjour dans la maison de France et Didier. Celle-ci est parfaitement équipée et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le jardin est qui plus est très agréable, ainsi que la piscine chauffée. La maison est enfin très bien placée pour profiter de la Rochelle sans prendre la voiture!

Un petit coin de paradis
La villa de France et Didier avec son annexe et sa piscine est un véritable paradis.
Les enfants/ados dans la maison, les parents dans l annexe, le soir venu chacun peut profiter de son espace. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse après être allé chercher pain frais et viennoiseries à 5mn à pieds. La piscine idéale en taille permet à toute la famille de se retrouver. La maison située au fond d'une impasse, permet de se ressourcer au calme, et puis le centre-ville de la Rochelle n est qu’à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, ce qui permet de profiter des avantages de ville sans ses inconvénients. Merveilleuse semaine à La Rochelle !
France et Didier ont fait preuve d'un accueil de qualité et sont très arrangeants et à l'écoute de vos attentes !
La maison est magnifique, décorée avec gout et d'une propreté irréprochable. Enfin sa situation géographique permet de ne jamais utiliser sa voiture du séjour (port, boulangerie, supermarché accessibles à pied), ce qui est très appréciable.
Je recommande sans hésiter !
