Lovely property with every item you could possibly need!

We had a wonderful family holiday in this house over the summer. Kids loved the heated pool, adults loved the well stocked kitchen, amazing amount of space and great location close to the beach. Betty was a very welcoming host who really helped us to enjoy our stay, would highly recommend and will be back!

La Rochelle

Very nice house. We enjoyed the pool and found it in easy to self cater. The kitchen was well equipped and the supermarket was just next door. The location is really good for easy days out in La Rochelle.

Lovely villa

We had a great time. The villa had everything you needed - although the evenings were really hot and sticky as there is no aircon! There was everything we needed there and Betty was just lovely! Was on hand to help with anything we needed! There is a mum and baby hedgehog that come out to see you sometimes which made our little boy very happy. Close to the best boulangerie and a really good supermarket. Bus to Larochelle is about £1.10 or a 10 minute drive. Would come again!

First class villa

The property is amazing. We have stayed in lots of villas over the years but this is by far the best. There is everything you could wish for in the house, including a washing machine. It was also really good to have an en suite in each bedroom and a separate shower and toilet to use if you were in the pool or garden. There is also a really good supermarket right next door which is hidden by trees. Really handy if you’re having a bbq. We would highly recommend this property and Betty is a very pleasant, helpful host who lives in another house on the same site.

Lovely property in a great location

Great location and wonderful place to stay. My self, my wife and our two daughters both over 18. Walking distance to a Super U, two mins walk to a bakery and three mins walk to a gastro pub (which is excellent). 230 mins drive to La Rochelle and three tree climbing/activity centres within 1hr drive. The location could not be better. As for the villa, its really nice, lots of room. On the days we stayed in, its easy just to hang round the pool and catch the sun, plus there is a covered area if you want to sit in the shade and a BBQ. The kitchen and utility are full of the utilities that you would need. Double garage, with electric doors so you can put the cars in the shade. Its nice and quite even though it is very close to every thing. Big electric gates make it feel very secure. The owner lives close and is available if you need any assistance but otherwise, she leaves you alone. I would definately recommend. We had a great time.

Très belle maison, au calme dans une propriété arborée; Son emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région, La Rochelle étant à moins de 20mn en voiture. Le supermarché est à 5mn à pied, facile pour se ravitailler. La maison est très lumineuse, les chambres ont chacune leur salle de bains et wc. Perfect villa for our family holiday

We all loved this villa with the heated pool, space for everyone, and lots of delightful design details which it made it a truly comfortable place to stay and relax.Excellent communication from the owner before and during our stay as our flight arrived very late in the evening. Saint Rogatien is a small village with a super market round the corner, and a boulangerie with croissants for breakfast which was very convenient. Only a 10 minute drive into lovely La Rochelle. I would highly recommend this property.

Petit coin de paradis pour des vacances 100% réussies

Dès l’accueil, nous nous sommes sentis en vacances, avec la découverte d'une superbe maison hyper équipée, spacieuse et très bien entretenue et entourée de verdure, d'une piscine à bonne température, et d'une hôte charmante qui vous met directement à l'aise. L'endroit est calme, aux abords de la belle petite commune de St-Rogatien, mais idéalement située près d'un supermarché où nous avons trouvé de tout pour un séjour "facile en cuisine". Près de La Rochelle, près de l'Ile de Ré, près des Marais Poitevin, près de la mer, la maison est idéalement située pour visiter cette belle région et Mme Betty, notre hôte, nous a fourni toutes les information nécessaires afin de rendre ces visites parfaites. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace de cette location, la tranquillité et sa situation mais ce qui a fait LA différence, c'est l’accueil et la bienveillance de Mme Betty. Discrète lors de notre séjour, elle est néanmoins toujours présente en cas de besoin, pour l'entretien de la piscine ou pour un conseil pour une visite. Merci donc à notre hôte de nous avoir permis de passer des vacances au paradis et de nous laisser le privilège de se sentir "comme chez nous", chez vous! Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison magnifiquement décorée, spacieuse et très bien équipée ( rien ne manquait même les jeux pour les enfants). Très beau jardin avec une piscine très appréciable et au calme. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont conseillé sur les visites et les restaurants à faire dans le coin.
