A lot of charm for this studio of 30m2 on the ground floor  overlooking a courtyard. A nice little nest in a real estate forest:


• Lounge with a small sofa , 2 armchairs, HDTV, sound system, wifi internet connection. Coffee table, carpet, elegant decoration. Window on courtyard on the ground floor.


• Modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking and eating. Several storage. Window on courtyard


• Small laundry room separate from the apartment with washer-dryer on the right of the gate before entering the inner courtyard.


• Dining area with table and chairs.


• Sleeping space obtains with a foldaway bed of 160cm x 200cm. Cupboards. Window on courtyard.


• Shower room with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer.


• WC.


The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

okay but beware

It is a very clean property. Located near metro stop. These rentors are a management company with multiple properties. Their staff is nice but the description of the property is lacking in some information that some people may find crucial. 1. The bed is a "murphy bed." You must clear all furniture out of the way to be able to open the bed to sleep. Not an easy task if you want to close the bed every day. 2. There is no washer and dryer. It is just a washer. Min. time to wash is 2 1/2 hrs. You must air dry all laundry. Jeans took over 24hrs to dry. 3. Stone wall sheds mortar. Literally had to take suitcases into courtyard to get rid of dust and mortar bits. Not a little but a lot. 4. No paper towels just a minimal amount of tp -- two rolls. As stated in description, no soap or shampoo provided at sink or bathroom. No tissues either. 5. Furniture is "very used." 6. Shower is large and good. 7. Condo is hot if neighbors have heat on. 8. Mouse trap in apt. was visible next to shower room. 9. As stated in the description, toilet is separate from shower so you have to walk from toilet to shower. Just annoying. 10. If you want to eat out Sunday evening, location is not convenient. Most nearby cafes/bars/rest. do not have kitchen service Sun. afternoon or evening. If you do not plan to cook, for the price, would suggest staying at a hotel. You will be much happier. Again, the property was very clean and the shower was large. Easy access to get into apt.
