It is a great tiny home. It is quiet and peaceful and Teri goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.
This Tiny house had everything we needed. It was spotless, had a fabulous mini kitchen, wireless and super comfortable beds too. The property is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Owner Teri was always available and helpful.
Teri was really great at communicating with us and was very friendly! The tiny home was lovely and quaint! We really enjoyed our stay. The only reservations we had were that the pics showed a yard that was cleared and a view of the pond, but during our stay the field was very overgrown and even leaning into the roadway. The only other thing was that there were some decent sized spider webs in two of the windows.

Thank you for the review, it is appreciated. We had so much rain in May and June, we got behind cutting/baling the hay pasture with all of the other fields. I saw the web's, so sorry. Living in the country they materialize overnight.
Safe travels
Teri
WE LOVED our stay in "Tiny"! Gorgeous property with breathtaking views, easy access to iconic hikes, campfires every night, intimate family time, wonderful rain head shower while standing in an apple bobbing bucket, all the kitchen gadgets you need for family meals (we didn't even miss having a stove, the cook top was perfect) & to top it off... Teri was great to communicate with & was extremely helpful/available if we needed anything at all. Our family hasn't stopped talking about our "Tiny" time. This goes down as one of our sweetest family adventures. :)

This was a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday because of a such delightful family that graced our little slice of heaven in the country. Absolutely gracious family, thank you so much for sharing your company and fabulous drawing by Megan!
Hope to see you again. All the best
Teri
As all the other reviews, I resonate completely that this is a fantastic getaway spot! The owner is so friendly, and her hospitality is second to none. She offered the pond to fish in and brought duck eggs every day! Growing up in the Poconos, I was so used to the serenity of nature, wildlife, and peace and quiet. This place brought me back to my roots! I loved it here, and it is exactly what I needed to clear my mind from the busyness of life. I took advantage of the outdoors, and headed up to the mountains to hike McAfee’s and Tinker. I also visited Fairystone State Park and Carvins Cove for some fishing, as well as Mill Mountain for the star. If you’re an outdoors person, and you want simple and secluded….. This is your place! Highly recommend, and will definitely be back here again! Thanks Teri!!! You really set the bar high.

Rolling hills encompassing a palette of fall colors, a daytime sky filled with birds and, at night, a plethora of twinkling stars, the cottage and surrounding property embodies peace, tranquility and spirit. Teri, the host, is THE BEST---her care and love for this incredible place is evident throughout. Thank you for an incredible stay!
We had the pleasure of staying in "Tiny" September 30 - October 2 on our visit to do some hiking on the Appalachian trail. Even before we got to the cabin Teri stayed in touch with us concerning any questions and made sure to let us know that the cabin would be ready anytime on Friday for check in. The views were breath taking! The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and the shower was the best! Teri also gifted us fresh duck eggs that were amazing. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be visiting Teri and her cabin again soon!!
We had a great time staying at the Callaway Nature Lovers Retreat. We stayed there for a wedding nearby and it was such a nice, quiet place to relax. The landscape was beautiful and the cabin was nice and cozy. It had everything we needed! Thank you, Teri!
A beautiful place and lovely owner! Perfect for a reset!
I stayed here for a couple of nights after needing to get away from it all. Terri's lovely cabin, Tiny, was absolutely perfect and she was such a pleasure to chat with. I enjoyed her dogs, ducks, and geese, too. I highly recommend Tiny for anyone who loves nature or just needs a reset to everyday life. Also, thanks for the duck eggs, Terri! :)
Teri was a complete joy to deal with. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Everything you need is there for you. The entire experience was charming, uplifting, and a great way to recharge. I highly recommend this property and this owner. I certainly know we will be visiting here again!
We thoroughly enjoy tiny ! It was a home away from home. We really enjoyed our fresh farm egg breakfast and the beautiful views ! 10/10 highly recommend!
I stayed here with my boyfriend for a wedding in Floyd, VA and it was perfect. House was adorable and so cozy for a cool fall weekend in Virginia. The owner Teri was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Such a nice get-away for a country wedding weekend!
Teri was there to greet us upon arrival. We had been to Floyd Fest and unfortunately the rain was unrelenting! "Tiny" was cozy and comfortable. We absolutely loved the set up and specifically the shower! Our stay was brief, but great!
Renting this property was so easy and enjoyable! The owner was incredibly kind and willing to celebrate and engage with us as we enjoyed our 16th anniversary in Tiny Cabin!! It was just out of town making dining and sight seeing easy, with a great place to spend our nights. It comes with two twin beds, but we ended up getting a foam mattress cover and pushing beds together for a BIG comfy sleeping experience. Overall, super cute and highly recommended!!
We had a Great experience! We loved the tiny home and want to build us one!It was far away but close enough to town to visit and explore .We will be going back soon!

Property has the feel of a rural farm retreat but close to music venues, wineries, restaurants, and the parkway. I lived in the tiny house for almost a year while building my barn home. The tiny house has full bath (horse trough) shower and a kitchen with stove, sink and fridge. Had some fabulous dinner parties while living in the house! Very peaceful and relaxing
