The property is located close to shops, beaches and all the activities of the Costa Blanca (water parks and attractions, boat trips or water sports, many walks including the saltworks)

For lovers of golf, you will be amazed because the villa is located near the most beautiful greens of the Costa Blanca.

Benefiting from a microclimate, the sun is guaranteed 320 days a year.

Our villa has all the modern comforts:
Heated / private pool equipped with a child protection flap.
Deckchairs and garden furniture.
Large terrace with outdoor kitchen.
Terrace relaxation corner 1st floor.
Solarium, equipped with a jacuzzi and a living room, with a magnificent view of the mountains.

The villa also has hot and cold air conditioning and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker DOLCE GUSTO, fridge, freezer as well as a washing machine.

The living room is furnished with upscale furniture, HDTV with decoder to receive French channels and more than 1.000 other international channels.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with Italian shower:
Ground floor: One double bedroom and shower room / WC
1st floor: A double room + a twin room and a shower room / WC.

A double sofa bed of excellent quality is also in the living room.

Baby equipment: Cot, high chair and baby-phone, safety gates

We needed a base for our golf outing this villa was excellent for having so many courses around the area. The villa had excellent amenities and was central to local restaurants and bars all 15 min walking distance. There was a local supermarket 5 min walk. Villa owners and agents were first class. Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay. The villa is well kept and in a quiet location. But easy short walk to bars and restaurants and even small shop. You will need a car. The pool is perfect size and warms up quite quickly in the sun. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful villa.

Fantastic and beautiful villa. downside: many structural works on new houses in the area which is disturbing at times. Second,we have only heard the person who does the reception via WhatsApp. So no real explanation was given and there was lack off cleaning material. But the villa made that we forget those things and had a great stay.

The villa was ok. However there were no directions supplied for finding the villa and it was hard to find. The villa was very basic on equipment. No instructions for equipment in the villa. Property manager poor communication. Building work is still underway the view from the villa is 3 cranes working daily. Would not use again.

Nous avons répondu à chacun de vos messages qui étaient déjà très directifs et sans aucune politesse, vous exigez une arrivée plus tôt et un départ plus tard hors lors de votre réservation, vous aviez pris connaissance des horaires. Nous avons aménagé notre maison avec un maximum d’équipements pour le bien être de nos visiteurs. Parlons de l’état dans laquelle vous avez laissé la maison, poubelles et lave-vaisselles non vidées , tâches sur le mur et maison très sale. Nous nous rassurons donc des retours des autres locataires qui sont positifs.

Enjoyable stay Mar 23

We had an enjoyable stay in this villa in March 2023. The villa is very secure, well located and reasonably private. There was only 2 of us so plenty of space and facilities. Others have commented on the language issues at check in which was a little difficult but more than manageable however more extensive instructions in the information booklet would help especially relating to the hot tub cleaning and the TV. There are building works close by but they are not particularly noisy or intrusive so is not an issue. We didn't use the pool as the water was too cold but we expected that and made use of the hot tub instead. The furniture on the roof solarium could do with replacing/ repairing and some loungers up there would be good but this is a minor issue. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend both the villa and the location.

Mooie accommodatie en prachtig uitzicht vanuit het top terras met de jacuzzi. Goed onderhouden zwembad.Warm water boiler met warmtepomp is modern en nieuw maar zoals elke warmtepomp is de capaciteit niet te vergelijken met een zonneboiler / gas boiler. Enkel lakens zijn voldoende in de zomer.Prachtige vakantie gehad, mooie wandelingen in de buurt of op 15 - 45 minuutjes rijden met de auto. een aanrader

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr gepflegten Außen und Innen Anlagen. Pool ist klasse. Immer erreichbarer Kontakt. nicht weit zum Ortskern gelegen, mit etlichen Restaurants. Schön wäre es in den Bädern ein paar Haken für die Handtücher zu haben. Wir würden unseren Urlaub noch mal dort verbringen.

The property was ideal for what we were required for a short private break. Very comfortable, suitable furniture and good Wifi. Communication with the owner and property services was very good. Local building works meant that some outdoor cleaning was required but nothing inconvenient. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Siempre elegimos este tipo de inmuebles por su exclusividad. La persona que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable, aunque nos explicó las instrucciones demasiado rápido. El propietario soluciono rápidamente algunos problemas que había. La sombrilla se cayó a la piscina, debido a que la base está oxidada y no es estable, menos mal que no nos dió a nadie. Pero por lo demás, pasamos una semana agradable, zona tranquila, perfecta para desconectar. Mi pequeña pudo disfrutar completamente de la piscina gracias a su buena temperatura.

Fabulous House in a Fabulous Village/Town

We had a wonderful stay in this property. I have had to think really hard to come up with any downsides. The only things to note would be the language barrier with the lady checking in meant we missed a few of the instructions I feel, and an odd crane in the village got in the way of some photos on the roof terrace!! On the upside, the house was lovely and clean, very tidy and very well laid out. It was furnished well and had everything you could need really, including loads of towels for inside and out. We were a short walk for the village centre, which we liked and the village itself was great, a good mix of traditional charm with several bars and cafes etc. The pool (and pool area) were perfect for us, offering either shade and/or sun at any point in the day. The ‘complex’ itself is very secure, as was the house and the way the houses are laid out, the ‘neighbours’ were not really noticed by the pool, or on the terrace or on the roof terrace. All in all a great stay, we would stay in Benijofar again and when we do we will likely stay in this house!!

We regularly visit our friends who live in Benijofar & this is one of the better properties we have stayed in. Very well appointed with lovely pool & the bottle of cava on arrival was a really nice touch. Communication from both owner & management company was excellent. Would definitely book again 🙂

Der Beste Urlaub in der schönsten Villa Spaniens!

Super freundliche Besitzer und super freundliche Agentur. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem Traumhaus. Sehr gepflegt und für jeden etwas dabei. Hier kann man richtig Kraft tanken und mit der gesamten Familie entspannen. Auch unsere kleine (<2Jahre) hatte im beheizten Pool eine Menge Spaß. Diese Villa und auch Oliver als Mensch können wir zu 100% empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Villa.
