Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home, its great location, comfortable beds, and especially the pool during those warm Florida days! We did want to clarify that a starter supply of shampoo and conditioner should be provided in each bathroom, typically packaged inside a neat little amenity box. We apologize if these were overlooked or missing during your stay and will be sure to follow up with our team. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and would be happy to welcome you back for another Anna Maria Island getaway!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the home's location, pool temperature, and the communication provided by our team. We are, however, disappointed to learn that certain aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. We especially appreciate you bringing the raised pool deck pavers to our attention, as guest safety is very important to us. We will have our team assess this concern, along with the condition and functionality of the window blinds and patio shades. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the kitchen inventory and will review these items with our team and the homeowner. While we provide a starter supply of essential household items, we understand that additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay. Your feedback is valuable in helping us identify opportunities for improvement. Thank you again for choosing Once Upon A Beach Vacation Rentals. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future!
