We had a great time at your home and it was perfect for us. We had a group of 11 and had tons of room. The location is perfect for going to downtown, Jackson, etc and it’s a great spot for a run around the area! We used the firepit each night except for the night it rained and we used the downstairs bar area that night and it was great! Thank you!
The house is in a very good location. We traveled to spots North and South of the house with ease. The house is very well cared for, TONS of space and with 2 adults and 6 teenage boys we used every bathroom - you rarely have the experience of having enough bathrooms and there was never a need for a knock on the door of HURRY UP!. We used every amenity and all was perfect. The host was very responsive and kind. A very fair price for the house and all it has to offer.
Our large family enjoyed this beautiful, almost brand new home. The house was absolutely amazing and immaculate! I was very impressed with the decor and contemporary kitchen. There was so much space for all of us to be able to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and huge yard out back. Day two we were able to explore Diana's Baths, Echo Lake, and the shops in town. So much to do so close to the house. The kitchen was well stocked with any thing we needed, the "guest manual" contained various ideas for adventures and meals. Every room was stunning. Our family was able to reconnect and enjoy each other. We are already discussing coming back! The owners treated us with such hospitality and politeness. One of the nicest places our family has vacationed together. Thank you!!
Where do I start? The space is huge and beautifully remodeled. We had ten people and there were plenty of beds to spare. There was actually a full bathroom I didn’t know existed until we were cleaning up at checkout. The bar area in the basement is a great spot if the weather is sour. Otherwise, the backyard fire pit is where you want to be. The house was literally around the corner from the mountain bike trails we came to ride. And you are just north of town so you are far enough away from the busy downtown, but close enough to make a two minute drive to anything you need. Walking distance to an ice cream place and a beautiful vista of Mount Washington. Jean was great with communication and her house is amazing. We will be back for sure.
This house was perfect for our family -great location, very spacious, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms!
Bummer about only one AC on the main floor (luckily it wasn't too hot), the window in the bedroom (first one near the entrance) doesn't lock and the garbage buckets outside near the entrance were almost full.....we used the dumpster and wasn't sure if you recycled?
Overall, was a great place to stay (smartlock was easy to use also!)
Thank you
We rented this house for a family vacation. There was 16 of house and we never felt crowded. The house had everything we needed to cook the entire week including a grill. If your looking for a relaxing vacation house that is close enough to everything but far enough away this is it. Walking distance to ice cream shop, general store, and subway and an over look of the mountains. Minutes to the Main Street with restaurants and stores.
After being cooped up in the house on quarantine for months and not being able to go anywhere this is just what our family needed. We are accustomed in staying in North Conway but this was our first non hotel experience. The house was very clean, super spacious, had everything you can imagine in the kitchens, and a lovely backyard. My only recommendation as we have teenagers would be to make better use of the space in the basement with a possible pool table, ping pong, air hockey, anything to entertain the kids at night. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Will definitely be recommending and renting again in the future.
Just wanted to point out that the house is a duplex and this was a disappointment for us as we and our group have kids and prefer our own private home where kids can wonder around free and noise don’t become an issue during regular hours.
We got a surprise upon arrival when we found out is was a two family home but it was too late at that point. Overall the house is well packed, cleaned and located in a good area.
After my vacation was over I reached to owner about the house been multi family and she updated short description under the “overview section”
My family of 5 and a family of 4 rented this house for a week. The house accommodated all of us with more than enough room to spare. There were three rooms for adults and two rooms for kids. The kid's rooms had two sets of bunk beds, which they all enjoyed as they got to sleep in the same room as their friends.
The house is located close to the center of North Conway and made it easy to visit attractions like Diana's Bath and Echo Lake. It was also very clean and the owner was quick to respond to my inquiries.
There was a great firepit in the backyard that we used every night. There's also a nice bar downstairs that can be enjoyed if the weather does not permit a fire.
One item to note. There are two separate living areas in the house. We rented the back part of the house and there were people in the front part of the same house. The two spaces are separated and have their own entrance. There are also two fire pits in the yard (one for each unit). The firepits are far enough away that you cannot hear people at the other fire pit, but they are within eyesight.
I would recommend this house if you are looking to accommodate 10-15 people in the North Conway area. It's in a great location at an affordable price.
We spent 3 nights here and the house is great. All new but has the bones of the old ski club it used to be which is very cool. We can’t wait to come back in the winter to ski. The house doesn’t have AC so we were pretty hot on a few of the unusually hot (90+ degree days) but there were many fans to cool you down and the basement area remained cooler. The house has everything you could need and is in the perfect location. We went to Santa’s Village, Cranmore, swam in the Saco and hung out in town. We’ve stayed in many rentals in the area and this was our favorite. Can’t wait to return.
When we first pulled up, I must say our first impression was disappointing. The outside of the house looked small and old and there were a bunch of twenty somethings hanging out on the front porch of the attached apartment. BUT, everything changed as soon as we pulled in the driveway. The place was great! The group hanging on the front porch was just getting ready to leave and they were very nice. We never heard too much noise at all from them. The house we rented was very large and clean and nice and new! It had just about everything we needed. (If you are a coffee drinker bring coffee filters!) We were a group of 6 adults and 7 girls (age 7-12). There was plenty of room. We had a wonderful time!!
