Enjoy the private saltwater pool added in summer of 2023!

A flat-screen TV with extended cable, DVD player. Covered and open decks with views of the ocean, nicely landscaped yard, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, beach access diagonally across the street.

Hardwood flooring in the living room, carpets in bedrooms, gas fireplace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, Renni tankless hot water system so no shortage of hot water. All bedrooms have balcony access except the room with two single beds. Bedroom on 1st floor has a Jacuzzi tub. Additional loft at top of steps has queen sleeper sofa. There is also a queen sleeper sofa available downstairs and a single sleeper sofa in the playroom. A double bed is located in an additional sleeping nook off the laundry room. Flat, easy beach access diagonally across the street.

Nightly rentals available off season with a 3-night minimum. No pets, no smoking. Formerly: 726 West Beach Drive.
