You’ll love the proximity to work or adventure; the comfy beds; the gourmand's kitchen; and curling up or grilling in the cozy outdoor space. This place is great for everyone: solo business travelers, couples, families with children older than age 4, and groups! Sorry, no pets.
Enjoy: Beautiful original artwork. Gym with treadmill, stationary bike, weights, other fitness equipment, and fitness videos. Business center with computer, monitor, printer, and paper. WiFi, smart TVs with local networks, apps (no cable), clothes washer and dryer, 5-burner stainless steel propane grill, Keurig, movies, books, games, puzzles, lawn games, outdoor bikes, tennis rackets, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Pool is not on the property. Guests may access the pools at the nearby fitness club, depending on local mandates.
Our property manager, maintenance, and support team are on call. Our lawn is mowed on Thursday mornings and snow is removed quickly, as needed.
Attractions: Three blocks from a park with trails, tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, and fitness equipment. Access to local fitness club with outdoor and indoor pools, track, various sport courts, sauna, childcare, and more within one mile from the home (depending on local mandates.) Minutes from restaurants, shopping, cinemas, golfing, and Cherry Creek State Park, where you can enjoy a variety of watersports, by car. Less than 20 minute drive from downtown Denver, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, water parks, museums, the zoo, aquarium, galleries, and horseback riding. Less than an hour drive from Boulder and the nearest ski resort, Echo Mountain.

1. You are at least 25 years old and have at least one 5-star owner-review and no 3, 2, or 1-star owner-reviews before reserving. 2. For emergency preparedness only, you will provide the full name and phone number of any adult guests in the reservation message thread prior to your stay. 3. The number of overnight occupants may not exceed the number of guests in your reservation. 4. Checkout by noon. 5. Leave the garage door opener(s) in the house at the end of your stay. 6. Leave maintenance and repairs to us. 7. Avoid fires and property damage. You will accept our charges for the cost to restore or replace items you and your guests have damaged. 8. Read and follow instructions before operating appliances and equipment. 9. This is a non-smoking, scent free property. Do not smoke, vape, or use scented candles, incense or perfumes in or on the premises, including on the steps, patio, or lawn. 10. Do not prepare, cook, or bake oily or smelly food. No flash-frying. 11. Do not wear shoes in the house. We provide freshly washed slippers & shoe covers. 12. Take the memories with you, not our property. 13. No illegal activity on, in, or in the use of the premises and its amenities. 14. No occupants under age four (4) years. 15. No pets or non-human animals. 16. Do not enter locked spaces or spaces marked “PRIVATE”. 17. Do not disturb our neighbors or guests. 18. Observe the quiet hours of 10 p.m. through 6 a.m. 19. Do not reduce AC below 69 degrees, or set the heater above 74 degrees. 20. The person who books our property is responsible for making sure that all guests, at all times, follow all of these rules also.

Not safe or suitable for children: The property is not safe or suitable for children under the age of four years. There is no barrier to the entrance of interior stairs and the house contains glass cabinets at low heights. As such, your guests will not include children under age four (4) years.
Accessibility: Guests must climb one flight of stairs to access the living area.
Surveillance or recording devices: Cameras are maintained inside and outside the home for security purposes. Interior cameras are in common areas only and not recording during guests’ stays. Guests may unplug the interior cameras during their stay for additional comfort. The doorbell security camera is triggered by movement and records activity outside the house. It remains on during guests’ stays and may not be disconnected or obstructed.

This is an older home that has been completely redone. Beautiful wood floors in the main living areas, and a large kitchen with extensive counter space that is open to both living areas.
Comfortable master bed and modern, convenient en suite bathroom.
We only used the master bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, TV in one living area and downstairs utility room.
Our 2 week stay here was very comfortable, even with all the snow.
House was modern, safe well equiped for 3 adults. Easy enough to get into downtown Denver. Would be great summer or winter!
