We really enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect accommodations for me and my husband. It was close to everything that we needed to do. There was plenty of places to relax eat, and shop in the area and the house were really nice and helpful. We definitely will add that to our list when we return to Denver to visit family in the future.
Our stay was fantastic...home away from home! During our stay summer decided to to make an appearance (90 in March)The owners were quick to get air conditioning in and were consistently accomodating! I would highly recommend the accommodations. PS...the private courtyard was so enjoyable ! Cheers to them!
Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants but it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful apartment with lots of amenities and little extras that make for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This 2 bedroom apartment has a garage and outside sitting area, check in was easy, would highly recommend staying here!
This is a charming property. The furniture and art are so tastefully appointed. The kitchen has everything you could need. The location is central to almost everything. And the host thoughtfully left local beer and toffee as a welcome gift. The neighborhood is walkable. The house sits at the corner of a quiet side street and a rather busy one.
575 Cook 110 is a beautiful space. Very warm and comfortable. The location is exceptional. Short strolls through a wonderful neighborhood to all sorts of restaurants and the Denver Botanic Gardens. Kent and Rene are great hosts. Anyone wanting a perfect rental in Denver should take advantage of this one!

Our stay at the "old world charm flat" was exceptionally fine in every way. From the clear communications with Kent, the owner, to the gorgeous interior decoration, this has been a delight for us. WE loved the decor, the very thoughtful amenities, the location, and the sense of home that this flat imparted. We immediately made reservations to return to this wonderful flat when we return to Denver in early November, and again next August.
