Why they chose this property
This unique property offers a cottage feel with 2,000+ square feet, and three courtyards with gardens / flowers.
Property in the Historic District is rarely available for purchase, so it was a rare opportunity when the previous resident retired from her Yorktown-based business of over 30 years.. We have added several touches throughout the cottages (her former residence and art gallery) that hint to the previous resident and entrepreneur, Ms. Nancy Thomas.
