Here is a large family home (150 m2) that can comfortably accommodate 11 people.
It enjoys a large garden (6000m2) and is located on the bike path northwest of Saint-Sauveur in a very quiet area.
Its location in the heart of the island is very convenient both to go to the port (8 minutes by bike) to go to Saint-Sauveur (5 minutes by bike) to the beaches of the Deep Bay, the fir trees, the school of sailing or at the horse club.

It is a neat, functional, pleasant, spacious house with a charming decoration, offering quality equipment.

She understands :
- a large living room with a fireplace opening onto a beautiful sunny terrace SOUTH / SOUTH-EAST
- 6 bedrooms (4 of which are equipped with toilets)
- 1 large kitchen (with complete equipment, ovens, dishwasher ...
- 1 scullery (Washing machine, dryer, fridge ...)
- 2 toilets (separated)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 2 shower rooms

Facilities: Wi-Fi, stereo, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board , vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, barbecue, garden table and chairs, deck chairs, cot + mattress 120x60 cm, booster seat, WC gearbox.
The beds and mattresses are in good condition, partly new.

Sheets, linens, towels, and cleaning are not included.

Nous étions vraisemblablement les derniers locataires de la saison, et avons rencontré plusieurs désagréments. Un manque de propreté évident, certains matériels de cuisine inutilisables (casseroles Téfal très usagées), des alèses tâchées. Quel dommage car la maison est bien placée, et bénéficie d'un grand jardin (gazon non tondu). Nous avons été très déçus.
