Charming old house ideally located in a quiet area in the village of Ker Chauvineau, comprising 2 buildings and 2 gardens enclosed by stone walls, original and neat decoration, close to the moor and the beaches of Sabias and La Belle Maison.
The main building includes an entrance (veranda), a kitchen of 25 m2, a large bedroom of 30 m2 (2 beds), a bathroom with WC. The annex building is a large room of 30 m2 (3 beds).
