Charming and typical little one-storey house , completely re-decorated, located at the exit of Port Joinville, with 3 bedrooms, of which one with separate entrance and its own bathroom (1 with double bed 140x200cm, 1 with double bed 160x200cm, 1 with 2 modular twin beds that can be put together 80/160x200cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, lounge / dining room, internet / wi-fi, Smart TV, bluetooth speaker, well-equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and fridge-freezer, secure walled garden and patio, no vis à vis, in a quiet spot 7 minutes walk from the ferries and 5 minutes from local shops (bakery / supermarket). Available for holiday bookings all year round for max. 6 people. During the main summer holidays, priority will be given to bookings for 14 nights (7 nights minimum required during this period) with entry/exit on Saturdays and outside the summer holidays a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
