The condo was exactly as pictured. It was beautiful and clean!! Pool was just a few steps away and the beach entrance was a very close and easy walk also! Plenty of beach chairs and towels at the condo too. Lots to do within walking distance We had a fantastic time and will be back!

We loved staying for a week at this property. It had a great covered deck to enjoy the sunsets over the marina, and was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. Many restaurants were close by, as well as the boardwalk and pier. David was very quick to respond to us when we needed to communicate. All in all, a great place and location to unwind, relax, and enjoy what Carolina Beach has to offer.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at David's place at the beach. We enjoyed watching the boats from the balcony, enjoyed the pool, and beach. Everything was super clean. AThe condo had everything we needed which is definitely a plus also. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful long weekend. Only suggestion - the huge plug in air fresher in the main bathroom is rough. Made my throat dry 1st night sleeping as the scent is very overwhelming soon as you walk in the door. (We unplugged it and placed it under the sink. Still took a few days from the scent to settle down).

Great Condo

This was a great condo! It was very clean and very well stocked. We especially enjoyed having everything we needed for the beach. The view was amazing. We would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful Condo

My family had a wonderful experience in this condo, great pool, super close to beach access, basically just cross the street! In walking distance of boardwalk. Would definitely stay again!

Short weekend away

Spacious and beautifully decorated condo. Wonderful water views. The road did flood at high tide but luckily there is a back way out if you are walking. Easy access to beach and short walk to restaurants.

Family Vacation

The condo was well furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was nice having beach umbrellas and chairs provided. The pool was nice for cooling off after a day on the beach. We enjoyed having the balcony for relaxing at night. The owner was quick to respond to messages and made sure we had everything we needed to have a good vacation.

Carolina Beach 1st time visit

The place was beautiful, clean, and well equipped! A spectacular view of the inlet waterway and short walk to the beach. A big thanks for providing all needed beach equipment that made this most enjoyable! Also close access to a pool! Thanks for maintaining an awesome property!

Great Stay

Extremely clean & well equipped with incredible sound-side view from balcony. Only drawback was strong musty odor coming from hall bathroom (we think culprit was washing machine even though we left the door open when not in use); running the bathroom fan around the clock made odor manageable.

Beautiful, well-appointed beach condo with so much attention to the details, the little things that helped to make our stay enjoyable and effortless - hair dryers in each bathroom, extra mirrors, beach towels, substantial coffee mugs, just to name a few! Amazing sunset views over the canal and two convenient beach access points just steps from the condo. You will not be disappointed!

Great Memorial Day Weekend Family Vacation

The condo was perfect for our small family. Place was clean, had everything you needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Loved sitting on the patio facing the inlet. Walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Excellent communication with the owners with prompt responses. You will not regret it here!

Amazing property! Clean and had everything you need. Owner quick to respond and very helpful. 1 mile from the boardwalk and close to beach. Beach cart, umbrella, and chairs available for use. Easy parking and loved the pool. Will definitely stay again when returning to Carolina Beach!
