Palm Oasis

Four of us stayed for a golf trip and the accommodations were perfect. Great location, beautiful pool and hot tub and plenty of room. Would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing pool!

We loved the pool especially and the backyard was so private with enough seating for all 8 of us. The rooms were great and we all felt very comfortable and had what we needed provided for us. Overall a great stay and location.

Surprise Fee

I stayed at this property with a coworker to attend a work conference in town. We picked this location partially as there wasn't an additional charge in the listing to heat the spa. On the day of arrival, the owner texted me and asked if we wanted to use the pool or spa and that we need to pay $75 a day to heat the spa and $125 a day to heat the pool. This caught me by surprise.

Hi Deane , thank you for staying at our home. In Palm Springs, it’s common to separate the nightly rate from pool and spa heating. Including it would make the price much higher, and during the summer most guests don’t need pool or spa heating.

I was disappointed there was a charge to heat pool and hot tub and was not noted in description. Also, the house is in the flight path and a jet would go over every 3 to 5 minutes. I suppose they could not mention that the fans in the house did not have remote control to adjust them. The house was clean the lighting was a bit sketchy plenty of room for a party of four.

Kathy may not have reviewed the listing carefully, as we clearly stated the pool and spa heating fees there. Additionally, during the summer, guests typically don’t need heating, so it wouldn’t be fair to include that cost in the base price. We always strive to provide the best experience, and for a home of this size, our rate is very reasonable considering the high maintenance costs 🙏

Exceptional experience in every way! Even better than advertised. I have stayed in roughly a dozen short-term rentals this decade. This was easily the best. The 4-BR house is gorgeous! The photos are accurate. It's right in the heart of Palm Springs on a quiet residential street, close to downtown and the airport. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfy. The back patio was scenic and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped. The communication with the host Nadya was exceptional throughout. She kindly granted us early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. One caveat about fees: Know before you go! The listing is clear that there's a daily surcharge if you want to heat the pool and/or hot tub. What's less clear is the "additional guest fee." I was surprised we were charged 260 for that, hidden under "host fees." Not sure whether that gets triggered by 4 guests, like we had, or 3 guests. We inquired about it, but ultimately kept the booking because it was still great value for the total price. We're glad we did!
