Downtown Historic Wilma - urban lifestyle

We are celebrating our 15th year! I'm so happy to share this urban oasis. Besides myself, there are a handful of other owners in the building that are running vacation units. I love when a guest comes who are "taking the Wilma tour" and stays in a different unit every time they come.

This downtown historic, eight story building features an award winning restaurant, a historical theater and the community feeling that Missoula is best known for. Built in 1921 along the bank of the Clark Fork River, The Wilma is one of the tallest buildings in town, so the view from the unit is fantastic!

This studio has bamboo flooring, hand crafted cabinetry, concrete countertops, and includes Apple TV and wireless internet. If you love natural light, this is the unit for you! Five windows offer a beautiful northwest view, availing you to both sunrise and sunset beauty. Rooftop and street views will stimulate your morning, while the mountain and skyline views will calm you in the evening. Whether you're in Missoula for business, summer or winter vacations, photography classes, fly fishing, kayaking, river-rafting, University of Montana Grizzly football games, film festivals, family reunions or weddings, this is the place for you!
You can explore the entire city using Missoula's amazing foot and bike trail system, which connects directly to the Wilma building....right out your door!

When you're tired from your day of Missoula fun, make a reservation at Scotty's Table. This award-winning restaurant is located downstairs and would be the perfect beginning to a dinner-and-a-movie date! Just go back up the elevator and check out a show at the Wilma. Perfect!

If you are seeing a show at The Wilma, this is a no brainer place to stay. It is 1-2 blocks from fantastic food, breweries, and places for a cocktail or two. Would definitely stay here again!

As a longtime Missoulian, originally from New Mexico, I was drawn to the Wilma for its historic charm and thought it would make a great vacation rental. I love sharing this space with visitors looking for an urban get-away.

Why they chose this property

In addition to the charming building and fantastic fellow residents, I truly value the Wilma's location. Right out the door is the Clark Fork River, downtown shops and restaurants, walking and biking trails, the University of Montana, and the incredible Missoula Farmers' Market – making for a truly enjoyable visit.

What makes this property unique

Everything about the Wilma is unique! What other vacation rental is above a historic music theater? If you're hungry you don't have to leave the building! We have one of the finest restaurants in town located on the park level of the Wilma building.

I put a lot of work into making my place stylish and comfortable. Many of my Wilma Studio 54 guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it was for them, and I find that to be the ultimate compliment in this urban setting.
