About this property

The apartment is situated in a secured residence of good standing in the Carre d'Or of the center of Nice and is only at a couple steps to the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches. The apartment is situated on the first floor with an elevator and was completely renovated and equipped.

It is comprised of:

- a living room with closets, dining nook, dresser and a Queen Size bed,

- a lovely sunny 10sqm terrace, absolutely quiet with a large dining table and a sun lounger,

- a new and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 4 burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water kettle),

- a delightful bathroom with a large shower, suspended toilet, heated towel rack and a large closet for a washer/dryer.

The apartment is also climate controlled. You have internet WIFI and a TV with numerous foreign channels. It is possible to rent a parking space in front of the residence for 15€/day.

We offer you as well all the amenities facilities to ensure your stay with comfort: sheets and towels of quality, a welcome pack (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum, bucket, mop).

The keys and badges will be given to you, on your arrival by a person who will accommodate you in front of the residence.

The apartment is situated in the Carre d'Or center of Nice on a street that is perpendicular to the Promenade des Anglais and next to the sea. The residence is found on a semi-pedestrian zone surrounded by numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets at the end of the street. Numerous bus stops are nearby. The train station is a 20 minutes walk and the airport is 15-20 minutes by car and there is also a direct bus nearby.

Great location, great communication from rep

Apartment location is excellent. Facilities good, well equipped. Good quality linen and towels. Comfortable bed. Check in process smooth and great flexibility on timing. Very friendly and helpful rep. Monika and Sheryl were excellent and really helpful and responsive. Only downsides were curtains at windows not wide enough so room not completely dark at night and room is very gloomy during day as only one window with terrace enclosed by panels and surrounded by buildings.

Perfectly Located Apartment

This apartment is perfectly located in Nice, steps away from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. The old town is also extremely close. The apartment is well decorated and the terrace outside was great for relaxation. Highly recommend this apartment
