Perfect place to unwind

The house was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. It is very close to a string of beautiful beaches and was comfortable and private, despite being in the grounds of the main house. Elise, our host, was amazing: friendly, helpful, and very kind. A lovely area, and I would love to visit again!

A quiet hide away

We had a very warm welcome from the owner with a very helpful follow up with the manager who had left us flowers and a beautiful brioche. It is very light and well supplied with all the necessary equipment. The sea and great walks are nearby. The only drawback for us, because we are elderly, was that the single toilet is not situated in either of the lovely shower rooms. this would not be a problem to younger people. Overall a very good stay.

A good base to explore the region

The house was immaculate and very well appointed. Location is super for walking right from the property and exploring by car to lovely spots like Batz Sur Mer and Guerande. The reason I am giving four and not five stars is because there were some small issues with communication with the property manager. Also, the photos on the listing are a bit misleading. The ocean view that is featured half a dozen times is not from the rental, but from the main house where the owners live. The rental is directly behind the large house and has no view. There is access to a spot to enjoy the view, but it requires walking across the main house's lawn and in front of a second rental on the property.

I am delighted Karen that you had a good stay with us. I was very happy to welcome you, I was at your disposal during your stay. If you needed anything I was there to help you out, so I don't really know what communication problems you are referring to. Regarding the sea view, it is clearly stated in the advert that it is the garden of the property which has a sea view, and that the tenants are invited to take advantage of this shared garden with a view of the Ocean. We have also created, in the spring, a privileged space, (for our tenants staying in the house without the sea view), sheltered from the eyes (photos showing the beach view with a small wooden barrier) with an unobstructed view of the Coast. Indeed, to have access to this magnificent place, it is necessary to advance in the garden of the owners (shared garden as I recall, even if the owners, old people, occupy only very rarely their garden). Once you have arrived, you can enjoy, independently, this magical view. We do our utmost to offer our tenants a stay that is as pleasant as possible. We look forward to welcoming you again Karen

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses ist auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit einem herrlichen Garten. Der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und zudem noch sehr schön. Zudem liegt ein wunderschöner Wanderweg in unmittelbarer Nähe, der u.a. zum Strand des M. Hulot führt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Merci an Elise.

A really charming property right on the coast. The outside spaces were particularly beautiful!

Hūbsches Häuschen mit kleinen Abstrichen

+ Sehr nette Vermieter und Consierge + Nette kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse und viel Grūn + Einige Strände fußläufig oder nahe mit dem Auto zu erreichen - Einige Fotos erwecken den Eindruck von direktem Meerblick. Das Haus befindet sich jedoch hinter dem Haus der Besitzer. Man muss vor deren Haus gehen, um den Meerblick zu haben. - Für 2 Personen ideal, für 4 Personen grenzwertig, da nur 1 Toilette vorhanden. - Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist nur eine Abtrennung vom Wohnzimmer mit 2 Klappbetten. Alles in allem aber okay

Charmante maison de vacances au calme

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en aout dans cette petite maison, très bien aménagée et entretenue, située à quelques mètres seulement du chemin du littoral, avec un accès direct aux plages environnantes et de très belle ballades avec une vue plongeante sur l'océan. Les propriétaires de la maison principale sont très discrets et le quartier très paisible comparé aux stations balnéaires proches comme Pornichet ou La Baule, c'est donc le lieu idéal pour ceux qui apprécient le calme et la tranquillité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour profiter, on espère, d'une météo un peu plus clémente :-)
