Beatiful Location

The location is beatiful and located in a silent appartment block. The "sea view" is a bit blocked by big trees but you still hear the nice sound of the sea waves and you see a bit of the sea in one corner. the owner of the apartment is very friendly and easy to understand even for someone like us who doesn't speak French very well, many thanks to Mr. Touzard! The apartment offers everything you need, including a generously equipped kitchen. We felt completely at ease and can only recommend the apartment positively.

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage. Es stehen mehrere Strände zur Verfügung. Toll ist auch der Küstenweg, um morgens zum Bäcker oder Markt (Do und So) zu gehen. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind auch gut. Guter und sicherer Parkplatz für ein Auto. Das Grundstück ist mit einem Tor gesichert.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes très satisfait du logement, il est conforme à l'annonce. Il y a tout le nécessaire, équipements cuisine (grille pain, machine à café, lave vaisselle, micro ondes etc...), fer à repasser+ table, machine à laver dans la salle de douche et sèche-cheveux. Logement en rez de jardin avec salon de jardin + parasol.Très bien situé à 5mns à pied de la plage et proche des petits commerces (boulangerie, SPAR, Proxi, restaurants). Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr schöner Lage am Meer

Die Wohnung hat eine wunderschöne Terasse, die wir sehr genossen haben. Es gibt zwei Strände, nur wenige Schritte und ein paar Treppen entfernt und gute Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig, und ohne Wlan auch zum Entspannen ideal. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Herr Trouzard ist ein sehr netter Gasrgeber …..

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos, bâtisse de caractère, au calme,environnement très agréable à proximité immédiate du sentier de randonnée, des plages ( différentes plages avec celle de Mr Hulot pour un accès plus facile pour les familles, d'autres plus "sauvages " accessibles par escaliers), petits commerces et restaurants 5min à pied... Le logement est en rez-de-jardin, propre,lumineux et très bien équipé, vue partielle mer et pinède, parking privé. Emplacement ideal pour parcourir cette magnifique région. Merci à Mr Touzard pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, Laurence H.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in toller Lage

eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Atlantik. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und das Grundstück gut gepflegt. Sie war für uns ein guter Startpunkt, um die Bretagne und die Loire-Region zu erkunden. Auch für Sonnenanbeter ist die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage gut geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Dank Übersetzer-App klappte die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Vielen Dank Herr Touzard!

Traumlage mit großem Erholungswert

Das Appartement liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend, die Nähe zu den vielen unterschiedlichen Stränden ist perfekt. Sehr freundliche Besitzer gestalten die Ankunft problemlos, Unterstützung wird gerne angeboten. Die Größe und Einrichtung der Wohnung ist für ein Paar hervorragend, da das Ehebett für große Menschen recht schmal sind. Die Küche erfüllt alle Erwartungen und in Kombination mit dem Essbereich ist der Wohnraum sehr gemütlich und praktisch. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen, ansprechenden Zustand. Auf der Sonnenterrasse lässt es sich bei heißem Wetter gut in den Abendstunden verweilen und essen. Der Garten mit dem angenehmen Schatten ist für den Nachmittag bei Sonnenschein ein angenehmer Ruhebereich. Ein gemütlicher Liegestuhl hätte den Aufenthalt gekrönt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist hervorragend. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen und bei Bedarf auch selber gerne wiederkommen.

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Von der Terasse kann man direkt aufs Meer sehen. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung groß genug.

Very nice and new apartment. Located very close to beautiful beaches, with a nice view to the sea. Great location, calm but you can go to the market and to the bakery by foot along the "Chemin côtier".Very clean. Nice terrace and small garden.
