The guest room has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bath upstairs. Half bath located downstairs. Sleeps up to 6 people (max of 4 adults) with pull out futon in living room. Incredible views from the large community lake front deck and dock. Outdoor parking for two vehicles. Property is located in a six unit townhome building, just a block from Dale's Seafood Restaurant. Centrally located to easily access all that Lake Waccamaw has to offer. Located just 35 miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington. and 55 miles from Myrtle Beach.

Get up early for a morning kayak trip before breakfast, drive over to the Lake Waccamaw State Park for an afternoon hike, walk to Dales Seafood for dinner, “wet a line” and catch some fish, relax on the lake front deck, visit the Lake Waccamaw Depot Museum, or just enjoy spending time with family and friends in a quiet setting, enjoying one of the best views on Lake Waccamaw.

Your reservation includes our linen package...beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, sheets and bedding, bath mats, and kitchen towels...beds will be made and towels laid out for your arrival.

In addition to our full linen package, we provide all rentals with starter rolls of toilet paper, a liquid hand soap dispenser at each sink, 2 dishwasher cleaning tabs, and trash bags in each can. There is a vacuum, Swiffer mop, a bottle of multi-purpose cleaning spray, a bottle of glass cleaner, and a set of cleaning rags (you are not required to clean, but these items are there if you do need them). You will need to bring personal toiletry items (soap shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, etc.),
food and condiments, additional paper products, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, Kleenex, trash bags, aluminum foil, zip lock bags, etc.

Entertainment - Highspeed dedicated Wi-Fi at Waccamaw Sol. There is a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom both pre-loaded with streaming apps and internet Television...the guest bedroom has an older TV with over 30 broadcast TV channels. Both smart TVs are also connected to a TV antenna for access to local channels and sports. All TVs have spare HDMI and usb ports for connecting other devices you may want to bring from home.

This unit is stocked with all the lake toys you'll need...2 adult and 2 youth kayaks (with paddles and life vest)...Fishing poles and tackle for 4 people.

Pets welcome with pet fee. No Smoking in the unit.
