About this property

Great 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Everything you will need. Johnson Ranch Community has a 72 par public golf course. 3 heated pools, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. A 9 hole golf course you can play for free. House has a king size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom. Bedroom #3 is set up with a desk and a couch that folds down to make a full size bed. The House comes with everything you will need. Out door grilling, nice patio with outdoor couch and table & chairs & fire pit. Great yard with 4 fruit trees which are grapefruit, lemons, limes & oranges. Nice walking sidewalks, Fry's Grocery store across the street. Walgreens & Mc Donalds right in the neighborhood. Plenty of shopping and restaurants about 10 min. away. Hiking nearby. Just a great place to spend your time. Quiet neighborhood and you will meet lots of people at the pools or the Terrace in Johnson Ranch. Check in is 12:00, Check out 4:00PM

Super Convenient

The property was located in the most convenient location for us. Close to everything you could possibly need. The backyard offers privacy and is well appointed with seating and a fire pit. Inside has all the amenities you could need. Issue with the ice maker but bagged ice was provided. Definitely not a deal breaker for us.

Spring Baseball Break

Property was very clean. Great backyard with nice outside furniture and firepit. Communication with owners was very good. Nice to have use of community pools and facilities.
